  The other location in Louisville is much better in my opinion. My car doesn’t get as clean at this location and I have to go through several times. Plus early in the morning they’re not always open. They have issues with employees not coming into work on time. Today was a Sunday at 10 AM. They were closed and should’ve been open for three hours already. Thank goodness there’s two locations in the area or I would have canceled my membership already.

  FORMAL CORPORATE AND CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINT Re: Discriminatory Treatment, Refusal of Service, Harassment, and Unprofessional Conduct Location: Quick Quack Car Wash – Lewisville, Texas Date of Incident: August 3, 2026 Time: Approximately 2:00 p.m. To Whom It May Concern, Good afternoon. I'm a disabled veteran with almost 15 years of service. I am submitting this formal complaint regarding my treatment at the Quick Quack Car Wash location in Lewisville, Texas, on August 3, 2026, at approximately 2:00 p.m. I was on duty working when I stopped at your business to purchase a car wash. I conducted myself professionally throughout the encounter. I did not yell, threaten anyone, or use profanity at any time. I was refused service by an employee identified as Devin, a young Caucasian male. No legitimate explanation was provided for the refusal. After being denied service, I requested to speak with the manager. A young Caucasian female with blonde hair identified herself as the manager on duty, Haley is her name. She informed me that upper management was on vacation for the week. When I requested her name for documentation purposes, she refused to identify herself. During our interaction, the manager became confrontational and unprofessional. In the presence of multiple employees and other members of the public, she repeatedly used profanity toward me, including the "F-word." Her conduct was hostile, intimidating, and inconsistent with the level of professionalism expected from someone representing your company. I informed the manager that her behavior was inappropriate and that public profanity directed at a customer could have legal implications under Texas law, including provisions relating to disorderly conduct. Rather than de-escalating the situation, she continued her confrontational behavior. Based on the totality of the circumstances, including being refused service without a valid explanation and the manner in which I was treated, I believe I was subjected to discriminatory treatment because I am Black. I was treated with hostility and disrespect despite remaining calm and professional throughout the encounter. Importantly, I possess dash camera video that captured the incident. This recording documents the interaction and will serve as evidence of the conduct that occurred. I respectfully request that Quick Quack Car Wash immediately: 1. Conduct a thorough investigation by reviewing all surveillance video and interviewing the employees involved. 2. Identify the manager on duty who refused to provide her name. 3. Determine why I was refused service by employee Devin. 4. Preserve all surveillance footage, employee schedules, incident reports, and other evidence related to this incident. 5. Provide me with a written explanation of your findings and any corrective actions taken. 6. Ensure appropriate disciplinary action and additional training if your investigation substantiates employee misconduct. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I reserve the right to pursue all available remedies, including filing complaints with the appropriate civil rights and consumer protection agencies and pursuing any other legal remedies available under federal and Texas law. I expect this complaint to be investigated promptly and in good faith. Customers should never be subjected to hostility, profanity, discriminatory treatment, or arbitrary denial of service.
