  A good experience with this shop getting us in the same day for a windshield chip ahead of it possibly spreading. Repair looks great and glad for the expeditious scheduling.

  I stopped by to get a quote and was surprised by how reasonable it was and when they told me they could do it the next day, I jumped at getting it done. Then, as I settled into the waiting room thinking I had time to knock out my daily emails, suddenly there was someone there saying I was ready to go. I couldn't have been more than 45 minutes! The only disappointing thing was that I felt obligated to go back into the office since they left me with too much time in the afternoon. So, I got a reasonable price and incredibly fast service. I'll definitely look to them in the future.

  Really nice people. Very efficient. Reasonable pricing. Trust their judgement. I was looking for a front windshield for my 09 Saab.

  Had a chip in windshield. Brought in to have fixed. Came out looking the same. Didn’t really look like anything was done. Had other cars fixed and they looked great, always have asked for the Military discount, and always get turned down. Says it’s for services etc… huh?? Sad they don’t honor vets the way they say on their advertisements.

  Horrible company. I paid them before my car even hit their lot and paid them in full. Once I picked up my car I realized my passenger mirror could not adjust from left to right only up and down therefore I am not able to see out of it properly. I let them know this and since it’s been hell. First of all driving with that mirror like that is a driving hazard and can cause an accident, secondly every professional in any industry checks their work. First the offered someone to come out to me now they are saying they can’t so I asked for a full refund because of you can’t get the job done I’m sure another company will. It’s been constant back and forth with the manger who is very unprofessional and has no clue what she’s talking about. She had the nerve to tell me “well you drove the car to us in that condition” when I got my car towed there. This place is horrible don’t even waste your time they just want your money and make you responsible for their mistakes. The manager is way too emotional to deal with disgruntled customers. So now I’m out of 600 plus dollars and my mirror still can not adjust so I can use my car properly and these people are still asking me to drive to them mind you it’s an hour away from Dallas. I have disputed the charge with my bank and sent video evidence as well as text messages and emails. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I told them a million times I don’t feel safe, they didn’t care.
