- SPSailesh Patel5 days ago5.0I highly recommend this location. The employees are excellent. Very honest, courteous and professional. I came in looking to replace my tires.Aaron, the customer service rep was extremely honest. He looked at my tires and said they were in excellent shape and there was no need to replace them. Harold, the service manager was very professional as well. He looked at the flat tire and said he’d look at it to see if it was repairable. It was fixed promptly. It’s refreshing in this day and age to find a place that provides this level of service. Thank you, I will definitely be back!
- RMRae Marlow5 days ago1.0I and my family has used NTB in flower mound off of 407 who was amazing…. BUT today I had my wife take my car to NTB on 3040. There was a huge rattling from a caliber pin. I knew my tires needed to be changed but this was a CLANKING SOUND! . The manager tried to tell my wife it was because of the tires. My wife called me I said we have an appointment to have the tires changed but this happened long before that. He refused to help replace the pin because we didn’t buy his tires. Toni row LAKESHORE AUTO will be helping us and our tires will also be changed.
