Man, I’m not going to lie, the original experience was nothing to write a review about. I’m not going to snitch on anybody, but I’ll just say the beginning was trash.
The reason I’m giving them five stars is because of the young man who helped me at the end. He was a skinny guy, and I hate that I forgot his name, because he deserves the credit. He was genuinely nice, professional, and made the whole checkout process feel easy. You know how sometimes you really don’t want to give people your information, but the way he asked was so respectful and polite that I was like, “Bro, I’ll go ahead and give it to you because you’re just a nice guy.”
Then, after I left, I realized I had left my earbud charger at the store. He actually called me to let me know, and he was just as nice on the phone. By the time I pulled back up, he was already walking out the door to hand it to me.
That is service. That is amazing service.
I don’t live in Coppell or Lewisville, or wherever I was, because I’m from Lancaster. I was only on that side of town visiting my sister, and it wasn’t even my car, it was my mother’s car. But because of the way he treated me, I’ll definitely bring my own car back over there for oil changes.
Sometimes you just want to be treated like a paying customer, not like a chore.
