  If you willing to get mistreated by receiving a dirty car from inside and outside even after 2 employees cleaned the car second time from inside after receiving your complain of you don’t need a dirty car like this please provide another one. They said they don’t have any other options on 5/4/26 for 6 pm insurance replacement pick up. And this is all when I already noticed their car cleaner had few cars ready for rental. I had mid size car booked for 8 days and they gave me a compact car Nissan Versa without even mentioning they are down grading it, while observing easily they have multiple other better vehicles in parking lot. Usually any rental car branch if they don’t have a good fit car as per your booking you get a upgrade with no additional cost not a down grade. Here this location they even end up giving me car which does not when drive good jerks at acceleration and weird sound applying brakes. Ended up getting car freshener right away from a gas station so I can feel good in this unclean and un maintained car with dog hairs I mentioned the lady and other managerial role person Justin about my recent bad experience from an accident where I got rear ended pretty bad in my 2024 Toyota Sienna and mentioned I have not driven any sedan since 2017 still they choose to give me this awful dirty compact sedan car seems like they didn’t won’t to pay attention to my needs. They gave me an option if you want you can cancel this car pickup and get a better car from highland village branch where you originally planned to pick up the vehicle. I did not had any other ride option expect uber so I end up picking up the car with no options. But pretty bad experience at this location. Atleast fill up the gas tank before releasing the vehicle.

  The local Enterprise rental office was super helpful, the rental agents were respectful, courteous and truly seemed to have my best interests @ heart during my rental experience. Would definitely use them again for any vehicle rental needs! Thank You ENTERPRISE!!
