- DSDebbie SchmidtMay 25, 20265.0I want to give a shout out to Ryan at the Enterprise location in The Colony / Lewisville, TX (4695 State Hwy 121, Lewisville, TX 75056). He truly saved me by stepping in after closing time and securing me a reservation at the last minute on May 12, 2026. I’m a high school teacher, and in May my energy was completely depleted when I arrived. At school, my parked car had been hit by a school bus the week before, and although I was told I had a reservation, this location had no record of it. I barely made it before closing (5:58p) after getting a last-minute ride, only to be told there were no cars and I’d need to come back the next day. Then Ryan stepped in, immediately took ownership, and with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency said he would get me a car, and he did, within about 10 minutes, I drove away in a Nissan Rogue, and he even took the time to show me how to open the gas tank, and explain about toll charges, which made a big difference since I’d never driven one before. What stood out (besides everything) was his confidence, quick thinking, and genuine compassion. I truly hope he is recognized for going above and beyond!
