- HHHadiAug 3, 20265.0I understand local rental locations have less availability than airports, so I won't dock any stars for that - but keep in mind that due to the limitation, cars may not immediately be available. That being said, the customer service was great. Alex did his utmost to get me a car ahead of my scheduled pickup time, adjusted the reservation to ensure every convenience, and was super thorough in explaining everything. I felt very comfortable during the whole process and was happy with the car. The location is conveniently located next to a gas station, and ride-sharing options after drop-off are plentiful. Would definitely use again. But make sure to call ahead and check if and what cars are available.
