  We rented a double-decker boat with a slide for a big group today and had a great experience! Huge shoutout to the manager, Kaytlyn, she was super helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with the whole time. A few days before our reservation, we wanted to upgrade to a bigger boat, and they made it happen with no issues. They even threw in a few extras since we were celebrating a birthday, which was a really nice surprise. When we got there, they told us the lily pad we reserved was missing, so they refunded it and gave us Whale Tails for everyone on the boat instead. We were totally fine with that, but about an hour or two later, Kaytlyn actually showed up on another boat with our lily pad! While she was there, she also helped us fix a small issue with our anchor and even gave us some extra time on the water for the trouble. You can tell they really care about making sure everyone has a good time. We had an awesome day and really appreciated Kaytlyn going above and beyond, she needs a raise!!! & we’ll definitely be back!

  Rented a pontoon at Eagle Point Marina through SunTex and it was amazing! Boats are brand new and in pristine condition. Everyone who worked there was so friendly, helpful, and courteous. We took our two babies and beagle out on the lake for a morning cruise, and it was so easy to reserve the rental, park, and get out on the lake before everyone lost patience. When we got back to the marina, they even helped bring our things back to our car! We loved our experience with them and will definitely rent again soon!

  Prices getting ridiculous, boat trailer storage was free with slip now it’s an additional $95 month. Wish Suntex hadn’t bought them. Not happy.
