  Purchased a travel trailer in February. Here are the list of issues. Tried to contact manager several times with no response. 1. Was told Maintenance Plan was 5 years, form says 4. 1. Gave us blank form at time of sale 2. Contacted 3 times, little to no response. Finally resolved after threatening to escalate. 2. No After Sale follow-up 1. No one has reached out to see how things went. 3. Survey 1. Took survey and reported issues. Asked to be contacted and never heard back 4. Good Sam 1. Signed up and paid for numerous services. 2. No details on what is covered. 3. My services do not show up in the Good Sam System web-sitre 5. Walk Through 1. rushed through the whole process. 6. "Lets Go Camping" Essentials Package 1. Not everything needed to go camping. 2. No Extension Chord 3. Missing eseential RV Plug Adapter. 7. No information on maintenance: 1. When and how to check roof seals. 2. When to have bearings re-packed 3. When / How to sanitize fresh water tank 4. How to treat black tank after flushing 8. One conversation with sales person. 1. Texted multiple times to find out if loan was processed and to verify the numbers. 2. Took multiple text messages before I received an answer. 3. Zero follow-up after the sale. Was told they have my registration sticker for my license plate and they would mail it. I still have not received it. I am done doing business with Camping World.

  I can’t be more happy with what camping world has done for me. Chett and Damon helped me find a great camper for the best price, though there were issues I already knew about and was willing to keep it I got to trade it in for something even better. The managers, Damon and chett took great care of me all of them are super nice and care about what they do. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I love my new home and I highly recommend camping world in Lewisville.

  First off, shout out to Chet in sales— really chill dude. We requested stainless steel sink and they were able to accommodate that. We originally came to “window shop” some RVs that was posted online but end up leaving with a brand new Salem 2026. Now for the bad part: The brand new RV from hell: looks like no prior inspection was completed before putting it on sale. *Repair team is unhelpful and find every excuse not to fix the problem* Major issues: 1)Leaking in the under belly at two different locations. During black water flush and when showering. 2)Bad seal on the slides, rain water gets in the RV whenever the slides on brought back in. Minor issues: 1)Broken camera mount (brought a new one online Amazon) 2)Broken rear door lock(does not lock properly) 3)Outside kitchen ceiling is unsecured, no screws and loose. 4)Microwave cover is misaligned, it scratched the side wall every time it’s open. 5)Kids bunk bed screws detached, completely flushed 6) Missing magnets in the cabinets near the TV. For loans, they use MT Bank… not your personal bank… huge communication issue with the MT bank customer service line from a guy name “Adam” in India regarding my loan. ***Camping World repair team in Austin was able to help me find a Salem repair shop to get the leaks fix… I would avoid the repair team in this Lewisville location… did I mention they don’t help?! Overall there is definitely buyers remorse purchasing from this dealer.
