  I had a couple problems with my car, and I knew what the issue was, but when I came in with the fear they may try to upsell me, I was happily proven that they understood, and checked it out without the need for unnecessary upgrades. The manager, Gerry, was understanding, forthright, and honest, in his inspection and only let me know what the problem was, not what it could be. I will definitely be returning to this shop for more, and for those nervous about where to take your car, just know these guys are pretty chill, and honest, with only the desire to help you out rather than drain your pockets.

  Brought my vehicle here to fix squishy brakes and when I got the vehicle back, there was no noticeable difference. Took the vehicle back again a week later and now they recommended even more. Wish this would’ve been a one-stop fix.

  Andrew was extremely helpful. He explained the diagnosis in detail and laid out different repairs he can perform. Price was competitive to other places around the town. Highly recommend!

  Amazing service. We are from out of town and on vacation. Noticed bad alignment and pulling. Set up an appointment online, and when I arrived, Cameron told us might be 2 hour wait. He went above and beyond and asked the technician if he could slide my vehicle in to get serviced since we were not from the area. Got the vehicle re-aligned in a very quick timely manner. Shout out to Cameron and the tech at this location. Dedication to customer service. Appreciate it!

  Brakes Plus has repaired my car three times now, and I couldn't be happier. The team is always friendly, and quick to diagnose issues. Initially they fixed a lug nut problem Discount Tires caused (on Discount's dime, thankfully!) and changed my oil. I went back late last week because I scraped the bumper of my car, and had to tie-wrap it in place. Something was scraping the road as I drove, so I pulled in to their location for a fix and for an oil change/emissions test. Most recently, my brake lights would not turn off. They quickly figured out the problem was a stopper on a switch under my brakes. Total bill? $96.00. I was dreading something $$$, and since I know NOTHING about cars (except how to drive one) it would have been easy to overcharge me. That didn't happen here.
