I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this Brakes Plus location! I brought my vehicle in for an inspection and to have some automotive repairs evaluated, and from the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine care. Alfredo was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. My technician, Joshua, was absolutely phenomenal! He was extremely thorough with the inspection and took the time to make sure everything was properly checked and explained. I never felt like he was rushing through the job or simply looking for something to charge me for. What impressed me the most was that they actually took my best interest into consideration. They made sure I was comfortable, informed, and confident about the work being recommended. That level of transparency and customer service is becoming harder to find, and it genuinely made a difference in my experience. Alfredo and Joshua went above and beyond! Their professionalism, attention to detail, honesty, and customer care deserve recognition. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer — and that was absolutely my experience here. If you’re looking for a place where you can feel comfortable, respected, informed, and confident that your vehicle is being properly inspected and serviced, I highly recommend this Brakes Plus location.

Fast, friendly…came in for an inspection without an appointment…no issues. Even changed my air filter (which I had in the back seat) at no charge!

The first time I needed service, they were so great and helpful! Got me the best price and in and out! Didn't try to upsell me a bunch of things I didn't need. Provided me with a LYFT ride to and from work and had my car ready in no time. I returned again with my other vehicle for a minor issue, and again they were so helpful and honest, and referred me to another shop that could provide the service I needed. I live 60 miles from this location and I will always come to this shop if I am able. Elijah and Alfredo provide excellent customer service and Joshua is a very knowledgeable mechanic. Highly recommend!
