  Just went over to get my brakes checked after talking to an awesome guy named Bobby, then James took care of me in no time! Come to find out, my brakes are still good. They didn't just take advantage since I came to get them checked. Also they gave me an AWESOME quote unlike the other two places I called. I knew it would be a little pricey since it's a sporty car, but I definitely can live with the price. Guess who's doing my brakes and my family's when it's time? Thank you so much Bobby and James for not robbing me! Ha!

  Robert and his team here are so AMAZING! I’ve been taking my car here for years getting my brakes repaired and more. They are so professional and knowledgeable every time. You go some places and they are really half ass! They are the exception to the Rule! I see so many people going in here all the time and that happens to speak volumes to me! Keep up the great work!

  Had a scheduled appt at another Brakes Plus. Arrived early and was told the “inspection machine is down, go to the store at 4739 Windhaven and they should take care of it.” Best thing to ever happen. The Mgr, Robert Sissac is on his game. Got it inspected and noticed even though mileage was low, it needed brake fluid service too. Ironically an hour later the manager at other store called to see “if I was keeping my appointment?”. Her counter guy that sent me away didn’t even fix it in her system. I’ll be bringing both our vehicles here for all services from now on.

  James checked us out and was super helpful. We did a walk in appointment and they took the car back pretty fast. Great service. Went in for a free break inspection and an oil change, told us the sound we were hearing was just the undercarriage and our breaks were actually good. Super glad we went to them.
