  Every time I come to this location, I have an amazing experience. It’s hard to find a place that won’t rip you off (especially as a woman) but I always feel comfortable here and they feel trustworthy. Robert and Guss were friendly from the start and provided excellent customer service. There’s really no other place I trust outside of the dealership, and they have them beat more often than not.

  Robert Sissac is a great store manager at this location. He is professional and ensures the service on your vehicle is done correctly and efficiently. I highly recommend this Brakes Plus for their quality work and management.

  Review Title: Knowledgeable Service Found the Simple Fix Others Missed I had an excellent experience at this Brakes Plus location. The technician who helped me was incredibly transparent and knowledgeable. Instead of just telling me what was wrong, he actually brought me out and showed me the specific defects he found, which I really appreciated. The most impressive part was that he discovered my suspension system sensor was unplugged. Back in 2023, I went to a different Brakes Plus location because my suspension warning light was on. I spent roughly $2,000 on new shocks and struts, yet the warning light stayed on the entire time after the repair. Fast forward to yesterday: this technician plugged the sensor back in, and the light cleared immediately. It’s frustrating to think I may have spent thousands on unnecessary work in 2023, especially since this technician noted there were no records in the system explaining why those parts were even recommended back then. I’m grateful for the honesty and technical skill at this shop. If you want someone who will actually investigate the problem rather than just throwing parts at it, come here.

  Rosalino provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He helped get my oil change scheduled and completed smoothly, and also took the time to set me up with a future appointment for my brake service. Very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the great communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend working with Rosalino!

  I’ve been taking my cars to Brakes Plus in The Colony, TX for over six years, and even though I’ve moved 90 minutes away to southern Oklahoma, I still won’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Recently, I had an AC issue that another shop completely failed to fix. After that frustrating experience, I decided the long drive back to The Colony was worth it to ensure the job was done right. The manager, Robert Sissac, went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed promptly and completely. It is rare to find a shop you can trust implicitly, but Robert and his team have earned my loyalty time and time again. A huge thank you for taking such great care of me - it was worth every mile of the drive!
