  Huge shout-out to James at Brakes Plus for his knowledge and expertise regarding our state inspection requirements and walking us through the process of getting an exemption. He explained everything clearly and made it easy for us. James also knows a lot when it comes to diagnosing issues. Excellent customer service-kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend asking for James at the Windhaven location!

  I stumbled upon Brakes Plus at the Windhaven location and decided to stop to ask about a state inspection and oil change-glad I did! I worked with James who was very cordial, super helpful, and patient especially since my license plate is from another state. He walked me through the process and made it so easy for me. James is very knowledgeable and gave me a full breakdown of what I needed to fix and helped me prioritize what needed to be done now vs later. He was upfront about the price and was fair with no surprises. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend James!

  This Brakes Plus location has become our go-to spot for any issues we have with our cars. We are always treated with respect and honesty. Most recently, I took my car in as the engine splash guard had gotten caught under the car and was dragging along the ground. Gus and Robert were very helpful when I took the car in. They ended up fixing it for me at no charge. They have always done good work for us and we will continue to use them for any needed maintenance or services. Highly recommended.

  I had an amazing experience at Brakes Plus! From the moment I came in, everyone was professional, friendly, and very informative. I spoke with Robert, the store manager, and he did an excellent job explaining everything my vehicle needed and why it was necessary. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and even showed me the damaged areas so I could actually understand what needed to be repaired. What I really appreciated was that I never felt like they were just trying to sell me something. They took the time to educate me about my vehicle and make sure I understood every step. I also really liked the inspection sheet they provide, which clearly shows what needs attention now and what should be checked or maintained in the future. Robert and the entire team did an outstanding job. It’s a great group of guys who are knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. I definitely feel more confident about my vehicle after bringing it here. I highly recommend Brakes Plus and will absolutely be coming back for future service!

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus, and I especially want to recognize Robert Sissac for the outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured into anything. Isaac made the whole process easy and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of and comfortable with the work being done. It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore. Because of the way he treated me, I’ll definitely be coming back to this Brakes Plus location for future service. Highly recommend asking for Isaac — he’s a huge asset to the team! Saved some money off the top as well.
