Staff here is amazing, my car broke down next door and they took amazing care of me!! They know their stuff and I wish the staff over here were the same staff down by my house!!!

I’m leaving 3 stars, because the individual that took care of my order was phenomenal, but I’m leaving this because Alex, the manager on site was extremely rude to his subordinates. I could not believe the way he was “leading”. No leader like that should be in charge of a store and then expect the store to succeed. He was leaving early, and leaving the store without coverage that it needed. And then he spoke very poorly to his subordinates while customers were in the store. Very unwise. Leadership takes humility and extra, above and beyond, servant-like care for the employees who trust them with their paychecks and absorb wisdom from. I did not see one speck of that in the way this man treated the people in the store. The non-manager staff, however, was thankfully doing their best to continue providing excellent service and keeping the customers in the building at ease. They are the reason I left 3 stars. Customers should never see pride and hear harsh forms of speech in leadership. No matter what time of the day it is. If this doesn’t change, I will slowly but surely remove my business from this store.
