  Ohhhh my goodness ZAY (Isaiah) is the best at customer service! What a kind and professional young man . He deserves all the praise you can give him. Most young adults have no interest in being professional or working hard. I’m so impressed by this young man & his dedication and work ethic!

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Today 9/2 I went for an inspection and when I got there it was 2 cars in front of me. After about 30 mins of no movement the car in front pulled out. Then another 20 mins later the 2nd car pulls out now I’m the next person in line. I then proceed to wait 1.5 hour for an inspection because the messed up the drain plug on the car in front. Instead of telling us this he ignored everyone in line for 2 hours. Yes 2 hours for an inspection. To top it off when I finally got to the front they said I could no longer get the inspection and would have to go back. Absolutely trash company and trash employees. Will never ever go back to this place

  I arrived immediately after work, at about 4:10 pm. It took me 2 hours and 45 minutes to get out of there. I sat in the hot summer sun a burned over a gallon of gas. This is my usual spot. The main guys are hard working and knowledgeable, but everyone was obviously hot and exhausted. I absolutely hate giving bad reviews, because I know how important they are, especially to hard working team, but I will not go back in the evening time again.

  We have been here and had a few good services here. Today I went to get my oil changed. There was three cars already in the service spots. I parked ( as designated by sign behind one car). I saw three of the workers glance/look my way. There was no communication ( hand signal, someone quickly acknowledging me). I waited , and about 8 minutes later, a lady parked next to me. A worker was there in a literally a minute) talking to her. I waited about another 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. I finally started backing out to leave. As I was backing, a worker started walking out I called out the window" I have been waiting here 20 minutes and nobody acknowledged me.." and I drove off. I will go tonight and take my business to jiffy lube. It's just amazing how unprofessional they operate.

  Do not use this place!! They over tightened my drain plug and almost caused me a huge headache, luckily it was caught by another mechanic shop before any more damage could have occurred. Not to mention that they didn’t not properly reinstall the shield and it dragged and has to now be zip tied in place. Absolutely ridiculous.
