- CCChrisJul 30, 20261.0took the car in at 1pm for a running list of issues, including door actuators. Was told a diagnostic was needed. I ask if that fee is waived if I actually replace the part with them. Was told the fee is “rolled into” the final price, which didn’t answer my question but a clever way to dodge what I was asking for. Was called at 5:30pm to pick the car up…. the shop closes at 6. No way to get the replacement in day of, therefore having to pay $180 for an issue I already knew existed. Quoted $2000 for 2 door actuator replacement, with no veteran/military discount.

Pricing is much more reasonable than the Audi dealership and they used OEM parts and a good synthetic oil. They also didn't push any additional or unneeded service which I certainly appreciate. I was in and out in around an hour. Bonus for me is it's very close to my work. Recommend you try it if you're shopping around for a service location.
