  Tommy's Carwash is easy to use. Just drive up and your license plate is scanned automatically. There's nobody there to manually input that information. As you see another car washes. Your license plate is scanned by the computer and you can go right on through to the car wash. It's on a conveyor belt and not a narrow thing that you have to line your wheels up with as in other places. Somebody does come by your vehicle and check that you were satisfied with the wash. There are free vacuums and microfiber cloths to use to clean up your car. The car wash is clean and all the vacuums appear to be in working order with good suction for at least the one I used. I was happy with my visit.

  Horrible experience. Just wanted to warn you if go to Tommy’s Express car wash. Today I took my new CX-5 for car wash and immediately noticed some scratches on right side of rear door. I informed them about this issue and asked to check their brush rollers to avoid damage to other cars. In return, I got rude response and not willing to admit or apologize for the damage. Obviously they don’t care for customers.

  Came here twice with a Kia Soul and a Ford Maverick. Both came out looking good, but both cars also had bent rear license plates which seems to be a common issue at this location. Not a huge deal because you can bend them back fairly easily but definitely not great if you’re going regularly. My Maverick had a ton of bird poop on it, and the worker came out while I was vacuuming and made sure that the poop had been cleaned off, which it hadn’t so he let me go through 2 more times on the house until that bird poop was off so that was a definite positive!

  Tommy’s Car Wash is hands-down the best car wash experience around, and a huge part of that is Shiv and his incredible team. From the moment you pull in, they make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Their customer service is second to none — whether it’s helping clean your floor mats, making sure the vacuums are working perfectly, or keeping the entire property spotless and running smoothly, they genuinely care about the customer experience. Everything is always in tip-top shape. The towels are stocked, the equipment works flawlessly, and the whole process is fast and easy — especially if you use the app. You just pull up, your license plate gets scanned, and you’re in and out with zero hassle. What really sets Tommy’s apart, though, is how involved they are in the community. Shiv and his team have been incredibly supportive of Parkside Elementary and have sponsored youth baseball in Liberty Hill. They’re not just a local business — they’re truly invested in the people and families here. One of our favorite traditions is the Halloween “Fright Wash.” Shiv and the team go all out dressing up and creating a fun, spooky experience that our family looks forward to every year. Add in the beautiful pond next to the property and the friendly atmosphere, and it honestly makes washing your car something you enjoy instead of a chore. Cars are always going to get dirty, but there’s no other car wash I’d rather go to than Tommy’s. Shiv and his team have built something really special.
