  Tommy’s Car Wash is hands-down the best car wash experience around, and a huge part of that is Shiv and his incredible team. From the moment you pull in, they make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Their customer service is second to none — whether it’s helping clean your floor mats, making sure the vacuums are working perfectly, or keeping the entire property spotless and running smoothly, they genuinely care about the customer experience. Everything is always in tip-top shape. The towels are stocked, the equipment works flawlessly, and the whole process is fast and easy — especially if you use the app. You just pull up, your license plate gets scanned, and you’re in and out with zero hassle. What really sets Tommy’s apart, though, is how involved they are in the community. Shiv and his team have been incredibly supportive of Parkside Elementary and have sponsored youth baseball in Liberty Hill. They’re not just a local business — they’re truly invested in the people and families here. One of our favorite traditions is the Halloween “Fright Wash.” Shiv and the team go all out dressing up and creating a fun, spooky experience that our family looks forward to every year. Add in the beautiful pond next to the property and the friendly atmosphere, and it honestly makes washing your car something you enjoy instead of a chore. Cars are always going to get dirty, but there’s no other car wash I’d rather go to than Tommy’s. Shiv and his team have built something really special.

  I love Tony's! They have clean towels to dry your car off with. They even have a floormat cleaning machine that I loved

  Keep your clients (ex client) happy. Treat them well. Your business barely seems to be surviving, your staff needs to be more friendly, accommodating, supportive and easy going. Got my membership today. Cancelled it today. There are many car washes in the area, this one needs to improve in how they treat their clients. By the way, if theres a “national free car wash day” but this location is not participating, you need to anticipate people showing up for a free car wash and offering something different to compensate for it, make them happy/wanting to return. Prepare for these situations. Know what to do. Good luck.

  I can finally get my car washed without scratches on my tires/rims. The conveyor is flat! Whoohoo! I hope Tommy's is in every city I travel because that conveyor is the game changer🧡 I am done with car washes that charge a bunch and my car is not completely clean. 👍🏽 to great customer service and those thick rags too💛
