  My windshield was replaced due to a large rock impact on the highway. The technician Nicolas who came to my home to replace it was top notch. Thoroughly explained what he was doing carefully and completed everything as promised. The experience was excellent, representative of a quality business.

  Fast and easy process. The tech communicated upfront the estimated time of arrival and was actually on time!! He was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Great customer service! Only issue was the availability, had to wait a week. Hopefully I don’t need to use them again soon, but all vehicle glass repair/replacement will go to this team.

  Please stay away from this shop if you can. They take you car and drive around (I checked my LoJack). You make an appointment and they don’t “start” until the end of the day. So get there early because they can lock you out. They don’t call to tell you when your car is done or being worked on.

  Your team came to my home this past Saturday at 1PM to replace the windshield on my 2021 C8 Corvette. The service was performed under the name Thomas Knoll. Shortly after your technicians left, I discovered damage on the driver’s front seat that was not there prior to the windshield replacement. Based on the location and appearance of the damage, it appears that a tool or other object may have been in the technician’s pocket while entering the vehicle. I want to be very clear that I am extremely particular about the condition of my vehicles. This Corvette is not a daily driver, has only 8,000 miles, and is kept in pristine condition. I am fully aware of the condition of the vehicle before and after anyone services it, and this damage occurred during Saturday’s appointment. I have attempted to contact your company several times regarding this issue and have been unable to reach anyone. At this point, I need someone from your team to contact me promptly so we can resolve this. I am willing to handle the repair in one of two ways: -You can provide me with a reputable upholstery/repair facility that you work with and arrange payment for the repair directly OR -I can have the damage professionally repaired and provide your company with the invoice for reimbursement. I would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally without having to escalate the matter further. However, given the damage to my vehicle and my unsuccessful attempts to reach someone, I do expect a timely response. You should already have my contact information associated with Saturday’s service appointment. Please have a manager or appropriate representative contact me as soon as possible to confirm how your company intends to address the damage. If I do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe(soon), I will proceed with the appropriate next steps to recover the cost of repairing the damage. Thank you, Thomas Knoll

  They did a great job! When they were about to place the glass the tech Tristan noticed a problem and Zack rushed to get a new glass from there vendor. I had to wait a bit longer than anticipated but Zack made it worth my time by discounting the service much more than I expected. Thanks for the fabulous service Tristan and Zack!! I will definitely be back next time I need a windshield.
