  I was not thrilled by the price and wait. All I needed to do was change a headlight. I had to come 2x, and the second time, they had to take my car to the back, after I had waited a while, they came out and quoted me more than $135 and it will take around 40 mins. I thought I had had one changed for around $15-$30 elsewhere, so I asked if that was a normal price. They said yes. I said OK I will go somewhere else. They drove my car to a different side of the building, with a window rolled down that doesn't go back up, and I took my car to another place where they did indeed change it for around $30 in about 10 mins. So, $100 and 30 mins saved by going somewhere else.

  I’ve been to RUSH several times with different vehicles. Each time I’ve been there, the customer service has been top notch. Price has always been fair and they assess and repair quickly. They have earned my business.

  Attentive, friendly, and timely. They keep you updated and I don’t feel like they ever try to swindle you. They genuinely care about your experience and taking care of your vehicles needs. Not to mention the waiting area is adequate for making you feel comfortable with big lazy boy chairs, movies playing, libations and snacks. Even have a separate play area for kids. This is my new go to for car services.

  We had a speed sensor fail on our Buick Enclave the day before I left on a trip to Cancun, which is also the day before my wife had 4 friends arriving for a visit. Ethan at Rush put a "rush" on getting the new speed sensor delivered and immediately installed the next morning. They saved the day!! I highly recommend Rush for your automotive needs!
