  I have used Rush 2 times in the last month on my son's Tundra and my wife's BMW. They are incredibly friendly and their prices for services are much better then other local service companies. Their Cedar Park/Leander location is very professional and very clean inside with great waiting accommodations. I no longer have little ones but they have a full size jungle gym inside that is located in a glass sound proof room. This would make it easy for familes to wait with little ones One other nugget, their estimated wait time has been less both times My go to shop from now on!!

  If I could give 100 more stars I would. I can not speak highly enough about Rush Automotive. I have been going for several years now and every experience is stellar. As a single woman, I can not remember a place I didn't have to worry about walking into. I have been lied to, charged more than my counterparts, and overlooked more times than I care to count. NEVER has that happened here. They are the most honest, straight forward, trustworthy mechanics I have ever known. If you are looking for a place that you will not be taken advantage of and that is incredibly reasonably priced, this is your place. This review does not even do justice to how very grateful I am for everyone who works here. Thank you, Rush, and all who have taken care of me each time I visit.

  I own FenceMaxx, a local fence company in Austin. Today we received a call from Ethan, a representative at Rush Automotive. One of their elderly customers was looking for a reputable company to help with a fence project at her home. Ethan took the time to research local fence companies and personally reached out to us on her behalf — even though this had zero benefit to him or Rush Automotive. If that’s not incredible service from someone who truly cares about helping people, I don’t know what is. Big kudos to Ethan and the entire team at Rush Automotive! We will take just as good care of your customer as you would. Thank you for helping make the world a little better.

  I was referred to Rush by Discount Tire Leander who I trust very much. I had hit a curb in my Camry and blew out the tire. Went to Rush to have alignment checked. Worried about whether they might overdiagnose and try to overcharge me. I was very impressed with the level of service and explanation of the damage to my car. -I Peter 5:7 is posted on the wall with their core values- it says to “cast all your anxiety on God because He cares for you”. I’m completely satisfied and impressed with this business and will refer others.

  I had used Rush in Leander once before for a simple wheel alignment on my wifes vehicle a couple of years ago and was happy. This time I needed a sizeable amount of maintainence work on my Tahoe. I tried to get an estimate as I had sent them the list of what I needed, but they wanted me to bring my vehicle. Ok, that's understandable. What was not understandable was their quote. I almost fell down! They were nearly DOUBLE of what my DEALERSHIP was asking for the same exact work. Most of us who have been around cars and know a bit about costs know the dealers are almost always a bit higher than one of your local repair shops. I was really surprised. When I told the guy who presented the quote to me that they were nearly double, he says, "If you bring me the quote we can price match it". WHAT? So you don't have to charge me 50% more IF i'm smart enough to shop around? Is that what Rush Auto is saying??? If you CAN do a job for $4000, then quote over $7000, is that fair business practice?? Why don't you just give your customers your best price right off the bat??? It felt really, really wrong. That killed it for me and Rush. I don't feel that's honest and borderlines on being crooked. Not going back to Rush auto in Leander.
