  Hook up a VGT to calibrate it, is all I really need done. The requirements to install easy access four bolts and rub on gasket maker. Max 20 minute job. $1100.00!! first of all $150 to rub some gasket maker. That is required to put on part you can get for $18.00 edit auto parts store. To screw in 4 bolts and snapping wiring harness and calibrate $748.81. Whoever is the Yahoo behind putting these numbers together is a goof and the reason why your percentage of customers coming back or getting their vehicle fixed is low. There's your answer.

  I had a great experience with this shop and staff! Jose took the time to explain everything that was being done to my car and the charges associated with each thing. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his job and customers. The waiting area of the shop is immaculate, complete with movie theater seats, and an inside playscape for kids while you wait. I'm so happy to have found an honest and reputable shop to take my car, highly recommend!

  Staff and communication was excellent. They went above and beyond to walk through everything and they were very thorough. We did not ending up having work done with the vehicle being under a warranty from the manufacturer . However we will plan to go here in the future for our vehicle maintenance.

  I had a pretty stressful situation with my MINI recently and ended up needing to get it towed to a shop. While I was at Discount Tire, I called Rush Automotive around 1 PM to see if there was any chance they could fit me into their schedule that day. They told me to go ahead and bring the car in and that they would take care of me. My car unfortunately didn’t actually get towed there until around 2:30, but they still took me in and helped me out. Since I had no way home, they even Ubered me home while they worked on the car. Before I could even finish loading my dishwasher, they called me and told me they were able to repair the damaged threads in the lug bolt hole rather than requiring me to replace the entire hub. They then Ubered me back to the shop so I could pick up my car. Ethan, the manager, was especially wonderful. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole situation. I was already stressed and overwhelmed, and he never once talked down to me or made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He took the time to explain things and made a really frustrating situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for how Rush Automotive treated me and for how quickly they helped get me back on the road. I’ll absolutely be bringing my MINI back to them for future work. It’s hard to find a shop where you feel like they genuinely care about helping you, and I’m really glad I found one.

  Ethan, our service advisor, keep us updated on parts ordering and service issues. Great service and our work van is back in the road making money. I will & have told all my friends about rush automotive and all of their locations for easy access. The free Uber driver back & to rush automotive is a nice touch for a customer. This is my go to repair facility!
