MrDentz - Hail and Dent is a professional paintless dent repair (PDR) shop located in Leander, Texas, specializing in automotive hail damage repair, door dings, large dents, creases, and severe collision-type dents where the vehicle's factory paint remains intact. All repairs are performed in-shop at our climate-controlled facility by appointment. When PDR is appropriate, the vehicle retains its original factory paint and finish. This can provide an excellent alternative to conventional body repair while avoiding unnecessary refinishing and maintaining as much of the vehicle's original factory condition as possible. Hail damage repair is a major part of our business. MrDentz works with vehicle owners and insurance companies throughout the repair process, including damage assessment, insurance estimates, supplements when additional covered damage is identified, and professional paintless hail repair. We work with insurance companies while remaining an independent repair facility focused on the quality of the repair and the needs of the vehicle owner. Every vehicle is evaluated individually. Not every dent or damaged panel is a candidate for paintless dent repair, particularly when paint is cracked, severely compromised, or the damage involves structural components. Our goal is to recommend PDR when it is an appropriate repair method rather than simply attempting to repair every vehicle that comes through the door.
