  Ocean Express Car Wash is honestly the BEST car wash I’ve ever been to. From the moment I pulled in, the whole experience was quick, easy, and professional. The staff was extremely friendly and actually made me feel welcomed instead of like just another customer. The wash itself did an amazing job and left my car looking clean, shiny, and fresh like it had just come out of a dealership. What I really like is that they don’t just rush you through the wash and send you on your way—the whole setup makes it easy to finish everything afterward, especially with the vacuum and cleaning areas. The attention to detail, the quality of the wash, the convenience, and the customer service all make Ocean Express stand out from other car washes I’ve tried. I’ve been to plenty of places where you pay for a wash and still leave with dirt, dust, or spots all over the car, but Ocean Express actually makes me feel like I got my money’s worth

  I've been a member for years and unfortunately the new system that scans license plates instead of the RFID sticker doesn't like my vehicle for whatever reason so the guys have to manually open the gates every single time can never get an answer or what will fix it. I'm hoping this gets fixed soon otherwise what's the point of having a membership here

  Friendswood/ Webster location discontinued detailing services. They sent me to League City location for detailing. After arriving, they said no detailing today because it might rain. 20 miles and 30 minutes wasted. Friendswood location says they only want to sell memberships for guaranteed income. Ocean Express has lost ally family's business.

  Went through on July 16 Was told my membership was canceled. Used another Card and paid out-of-pocket for that wash. Today I noticed my credit card was charged the normal membership fee of 39.99. Office will not cancel my membership stating I have to go online. Currently in another state and do not have my car or tag on me. Save yourself the time and hassle of a membership. Do not do it.
