  Took my car to Ocean Express in League City after having the grandkids in the car for 11 hours. Alex did a wonderful job and cleaned it so thoroughly! Brandon at the pay station was also very helpful! Highly recommend, excellent service!

  I paid $50 for the Ultimate Cleaning package and even tipped both guys $5 each, but the detail work was highly disappointing. While the overall wash was decent, they completely missed several basic areas that were supposed to be included.Now that I am looking at my car in the morning light, I am having to re-clean it myself at home. They forgot to vacuum or wipe between the seats, completely skipped the stick shift and dashboard knobs, and left grime all over the steering wheel. I also specifically asked them to open the trunk to clear out the debris, which was completely ignored. It was definitely not worth the $55 total with tip price tag for the amount of dirt and spots left behind

  Paid for an expensive car wash and my vehicle came out with water spots and paid for the wheel shine which was a complete waste of money. I will not go back. I had to come home and wash and do everything myself, I tried calling the phone number online to speak to someone and no one answered.

  Got the Super Wash and found it to be a great deal. The detailing that they did was top notch.
