Wife took car to get oil changed. When they showed her dipstick to confirm full oil she was told there was no oil on the dipstick when she came in. This was odd because I just checked it on last fill up and it was at the full mark and have driven less than 200 miles since. No leaks, no oil burning. Wasn't shown the dip stick to confirm it was dry. She went straight home after the oil change (about a mile) and didn't go anywhere rest of the day. The following afternoon before going anywhere I checked the oil as I always do after getting it changed and the first thing that caught my eye was it looked dirtier than it should have for just having it changed and next was the level showed way above the full mark. I ending up taking out all the oil and got nearly 6 quarts on an engine that I should have removed 4.5 quarts from without pulling the filter.

I wish I could leave no stars. They had me sitting there waiting for 30 minutes and when I went to check on my car that had a nail in the tire it hadn’t even been touched and there was a guy sitting next to it smoking a cigarette. They could’ve informed they only had one tire tech and he was at lunch before just leaving me there with no communication. They should take Express out of their name. It was hard to even find someone to ask about the status of the vehicle. Guy was just sitting in the inbetween area. They have made me late and had to come to another spot to get it done.
