    Went to the store right at 8:50 needing a water pump gasket mind you the store close at 9 PM. The sales clerk at young lady in a young man were very helpful in fact in the parking lot messing with my vehicle I dropped my wallet in the parking lot when they locked up the store they found my wallet in the parking lot and turned it in who would do that those are some true honest people

    Great experience with Dale and manager James on a battery change and installation. Dale was able to get me back on the road very quickly and both gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgeable.

    Came in had to have a battery checked and possibly replaced. The female worker that helped me initially was kind and quick to check the battery. Said it was bad. I had attempted to charge the battery the day before and even checked it with my own battery tester. Mine said it had a bad cell. Anyways after they tested my battery and checked to see if its still under warranty, she got the manager James B to approve the transaction and thats when things went south. He put the tester on it again and said that it has no charge and the look on his face and his attitude telling me that tries to make me look like im dumb or im lying. I told him i put it on a charge but proceeds to give me that dumbass look. He didnt deny me the replacement but all that commentary wasnt neccessary. As a manager he should’ve offered to charge the battery overnight and see what happens. If its good ill take it back. No need for all that smartass commentary. The female employee that initially helped me was nice from start to finish. James B shouldnt be a manager there.
