Upon entering, I was greeted by what appeared to be the shift manager sitting with his feet up, on his phone, treating the store more like a personal living room than a place of business. When I attempted to get assistance, the only response came from an employee in the back who seemed overwhelmed and juggling multiple tasks. This experience suggests that standards have slipped, not only in terms of customer service but also in how the store is presented and managed.

One guy came out from the pizza area & belches loudly, looks at me, and kept walking. Boy, boy, boy... customer service is a thing of the past.
