Very clean. Cons: towels tend to run out quick plz fill them not just toss some like 8 or 10 towels in each and yes I get it some peeps tend to take them with them. Also try to leave space in between vehicles upon entering the car wash hate the fact that there mud and rocks come flying at my ride when there cake up with it I get it there shouldn't be a line but consider that before rushing vehicles in.

From the moment I arrived, no one welcomed me or acknowledged me, unlike the other Quick Quack locations I've visited since then. After washing my car, I noticed a cart in the vacuum area with a mix of Quick Quack-branded products and cleaning supplies. There were no prices, no signs indicating the items were for sale, no employee supervising the area, and no guidance at all. It was very confusing, and I naturally assumed some of the items were available for customers to use. An employee approached me in a rude and condescending manner that immediately made me feel like I was being accused of stealing. It was embarrassing, especially because I immediately told her that if the items needed to be paid for, I had no problem paying. I never refused or argued. After paying, they were also reluctant to provide my receipt and only gave it to me after I insisted. After this happened, I visited another Quick Quack location and realized that this cart shouldn't even have been there, which confirmed that the confusion was not my fault. I filed a complaint with Customer Care. When I was contacted by the Del Mar supervisor, I received what felt like a generic, copy-and-paste response that didn't address my concerns. I also requested a refund because this situation resulted from poor communication and the store's setup. As of today, I still haven't received any response regarding my refund request. I became a member because a friend highly recommended Quick Quack, so this was supposed to be my first impression of the company. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and disappointed. I hope this location improves its customer service, provides clear signage, and ensures situations like this don't happen to other first-time customers.

Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
