  My car died out due to battery failure at a shopping center near the Grease Monkey facility. The temperature that day was 113 F!! A man tried to give me jumper cables but e we believe due to extreme heat the cables melted and started smoking. I was then given a ride there to Grease Monkey. A young man named Joseph who works there went out of his way to assist me and my husband. He took his tools to the car location and installed a new battery. He answered Gods call. He is an angel. BTW WE are elderly and felt vulnerable. However Joseph drove us back and forth to retrieve our car. We also got the coolest ride on his Corvette! We felt like royalty!! Our heartfelt gratitude to Joseph and the staff at Grease Monkey on Bob Bullock. They gave us the best service and reduced our fears. They took matters into their own hands! God Bless Joseph and other employees! We are clients already but now we will not go anywhere else for our vehicle needs❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏

  Could be better. Took an hour before my auto was serviced. Only 1 vehicle was ahead of me and it was getting everything done. Only 2 mechanics per station, and both were working on the same auto. 30 -45 minutes later (after my auto was completed), 2 more mechanics arrived, and opened a 2nd station. Yet, they were goofing around while 1 person did most of the work. I needed only an oil change and tire rotation, period. They still went on to take out my air filter, cabin filter, and wiper. To which I said, put them back. They washed the auto for free. However, when I get it back, the seat is set all the way back, and the ac setting is set to low. The oil millage counter was not reset, I ended up looking for how to reset it myself. Once home, I checked their work, my air and cabin filters were found not aligned or dusted off properly before reinstalling. I am disappointed based on all the rage given to me on recommendations.

  Employees changed the clock on my dashboard to the wrong hour and messed around with radio and other settings when vehicle was getting an oil change.
