- AКривой каналMay 9, 20261.0I bought a pair of headphones, but they don't work—the sound cuts in and out. They refused to issue a refund because they don't have any identical replacements in stock. So, essentially, I ended up buying a defective product, and they completely disregarded my consumer rights. I do not recommend buying any electronics here; if their cheap products turn out to be faulty, it becomes entirely your problem.

They allowed me to drop my trailer in a free parking spot after I offered to pay so that I can get this truck to the Kenworth dealership before my truck completely derated. The countdown clock had already started and I only had a limited amount of time to get it to the dealership before my truck was undrivable. So thank you flying J for being my hero. Especially when you're competition next door wouldn't even let me drop a trailer in a reserve spot. I come down here a lot, and the guys across the street just lost my business forever and y'all gamed it. Thank you guys.
- AIAminata IbikounleMay 4, 20261.0They close showers cause they don’t want to clean them at night and by looks of reviews nobody is managing anything except being lazy talking to other employees while guests are neglected and no one ever addresses the lack of employees doing there job and there is no importance in serving drivers or customers who spend massive amounts here on fuel

- KKKellynnApr 25, 20261.0Stopped in here because the TA across the street had no hot water, meaning no shower there 😔 The showers were working here, but after paying - we were made to wait 20 minutes while employees were carrying on with whatever THEY had going on. Had to get their attention to tell them their shower screen was not keeping track of the correct number/driver was next as we were the only people there to shower....asked for a refund and split. Come to find out - the refund STILL hasn't been put back on the card.
