  Couple of things to consider. A. If they don't have the car available, they will not offer an upgrade. They say it's not their fault that they don't have the car style/class your reserved. And they won't be polite about it. B. This location doesn't offer to pick or drop you off. I've come to this location several times, and they default to not having enough people when pressed. I suggest you go somewhere else. They're manager is awesome, but sadly I've only dealt with him once, his staff had zero bedside manners though.

  Exercise caution when using this location. They don’t clean the vehicles, so after booking online, you might arrive only to be told they’re sold out—yet there’s no way to verify by phone since they never answer. Another frustrating experience involved a rented car that reeked of marijuana! Imagine someone unfamiliar with the smell getting into a vehicle like that before reaching the checkpoint—talk about a trip that could go south quickly!

  Car was dirty on the inside. Biggest issue was I left a notebook and expensive pen in the backseat. I called and they said they had it but can’t mail it to me, even when I offered to pay, because that is “company policy”. They said I have to fly back to pick it up. That is insane and horrible customer service! Is the policy to just let the employees have what is left behind because nobody is flying back to pick up their stuff! They are the only car rental company that has this policy. Beware!
