  Galo and staff at the Laredo Saunders location are always courteous and professional. They get you into your car quickly and return is a breeze. I have no complaints and will definitely use Enterprise on Saunders St for all my car rental needs.

  This location sucks Eddie thinks he owns the cars. Made a complaint to the manager and he didn’t care about my complaint and brushed me off. Also gave me a suv that smelled like cigarettes. I’m sharing my experience with friends and family

  DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION. If you are looking for a professional, reliable rental experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. We arrived at opening time with a reservation made weeks in advance and had already completed all check-in documentation beforehand to ensure a smooth pickup. Despite this, the staff had no vehicles available in the class we reserved. We were told we could either accept a “free upgrade” or wait indefinitely for a smaller vehicle, with the risk of missing our flight. This location does not respect reservations, customers’ time, or basic service expectations. To make matters worse, we are now being charged extra for the larger vehicle we were given, despite not requesting or agreeing to an upgrade in advance. RESERVATIONS EXIST FOR A REASON, ENTERPRISE.. YOU SHOULD HONOR THEM.
