    If I can give 0 stars I would! I highly do not recommend this location. Ziana Briseno is super rude and condescending. When I went to get my rental she said that she had called me to notify me that my rental was not ready. I mentioned that I did not have a missed call and she insisted she called. Until I pulled out my phone she changed her mind and said oh no I called you on Friday (today is Monday). She lied! Additionally, she was not helpful at all and intentionally tried to make the process more complicated and difficult. I had to leave and come back a total of 3 times! Apparently she’s a manager in training! Enterprise do better! I’m sure you have better and more qualified employees to promote!

    Staff 10/10 , They were quick with the process and got me in and out immediately. Definitely will be coming back.

    It was my first time renting a car and from start to finish it was easy to do. The staff was very friendly and informative the prices are affordable and the trucks and cars are in great condition overall a great experience I'll be going out of town next week and if I decide not to take my own truck enterprise will always be my first option.

    So unprofessional as company this is the second time I call and book online and I arrive and they don’t have a car available until an hour later. I agreed and wanted to get booked and they would not accept my credit card because it doesn’t have the numbers and they can’t accept it even if the numbers are on my phone. That’s so dishonest and sneaky and if I could leave this TERRIBLE business 0 stars I would.
