    Sorry to disagree, the store it self is fine e, just don't call to get anything delivered they take a ridiculous amount of time to deliver, I spoke with ponchos and he seems like a nice person but shows no empathy towards his customers. I wouldn't recommend this store , go somewhere else where they actually care about customer service.

    Employee Danny needs to be retrained. I attempted to process a warranty on a part I purchased online and was incorrectly told I had to go to a different store. That explanation made no sense and was later contradicted by another employee who was able to assist. After that, Danny provided me with the wrong replacement part. I even pointed out that it looked different, but he dismissed the concern by saying it was “because it was new.” This caused unnecessary frustration and wasted my time. I expect better product knowledge and customer service. Please address this issue to prevent it from happening to other customers.

    Order place online arrived within 10 minutes and store employee, didn’t not question it and just greeted me and went to go get the merchandise. Easy in and out!!
