EDIT: Went to refill my washer fluid and found this (see photos) General service is fine. As always be prepared for the upsell. My issue is that my washer fluid was low before my service and the light was still on afterwards, even though they said it was refilled. What else was pencil whipped? And walking customers out onto a very slick floor is a bad idea.

Waited for a while for someone to come to the counter, which should have been my sign. The people in the bay could see me, but just ignored me, rather than telling someone that could help me. I was told 15-20 min for a state inspection but the service took an hour to complete. I needed it done today or I would have left. Several people that came in after me have left already, but I doubt their service was easier than a state inspection. I would not recommend this business.

I showed up at Kwik Kar in Lantana within minutes of my check engine light coming on and my 4Runner beginning to shake and rattle. The technicians and administrative staff were prompt and responsive, and they went completely above and beyond in every way. The technicians, front desk staff, management—everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and kind. Mateo did the work on my vehicle, and he was fantastic. He managed to diagnose the issue, procure the parts, and complete the repair in a single day, which meant I was able to pick up my daughter from school on time when the work could have very reasonably taken several days. Matteo kept me informed of the progress throughout the entire process, so I always knew what to expect. He also took the time to explain several options thoroughly, allowing me to make an informed decision about how to proceed rather than pushing unnecessary sales or repairs. I’ve been going to this location for several years, and they have always treated me fairly and provided excellent customer service. Today, though, this shop turned what started as an unlucky, crappy day into an enjoyable experience. Seriously, the front desk staff and management also went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Everyone I encountered seemed to genuinely care about helping me get back on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you, Mateo, and thank you to the entire team at Kwik Kar Lantana. I truly appreciate everything you did.
