The manager is absolutely amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely honest about the work that needs to be done. It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust with your vehicle, and I always feel confident knowing I’m being taken care of here. I brought my Audi in to Kwik Kar expecting the usual quick service, but what I got was a completely different experience. The staff were attentive from the start and clearly knowledgeable about what they were working on. What really stood out: they noticed something on my car that my dealership had been telling me about for years, something I'd come to just accept and ignore. Rather than glossing over it or just ‘top of my car with oil’, they flagged it, got the manager involved, and William, manager, explained what was going on with the car in plain terms. What I appreciated most were the small actions on how to properly care for my Audi going forward. No pressure, no scare tactics, just honest transparency and genuine education. It's rare to find a shop that treats customers as people who deserve to understand their own vehicle.If you own an Audi (or any car, honestly) and you're tired of being talked down to or kept in the dark, this is the place. This is my issue. I usually would get my oil changed there and they seem to do a good job no real issues but one day I asked the manager what it would cost to go and replace a lightbulb in my Lexus. He said he’d get back to me with a price he never did. I called back two or three times so he’s gonna go ahead and call me back but he never did well for me when that happens. You’ve lost a customer if you haven’t have enough respect for me to call me back and let me know what your price was and I have no need for you so for me it’s like you just didn’t want the business and you just didn’t care if you want to use them fine but be prepared to go ahead and have them play a little game with you once in a while and number one thing in a business is customer service and when you lose that you lose customers

UPDATE: Soon after posting this, the franchise owner reached out and reimbursed me. Crazy it took so long, but grateful they made it right. Original post: They let all the oil out on the freeway, and refused to compensate. Went for a routine oil change, and they left the drain plug loose. We got on I-35, the plug came out near Denton, and we lost all the oil. Had I not stopped, the engine would’ve blown. Everything was closed, so we had to pay for a tow to the nearest mechanic (who confirmed it was due to a loose drain plug from the oil change). After lots of back and forth, I was grateful Kwik Kar finally refunded our oil change. But after months of following up (and being ignored), they never reimbursed us for the tow or second oil service. (Seems like a small cost compared to reimbursing us for the engine, had it blown). But they never made it right. I started changing my own oil and it’s not that hard. Makes it harder to understand how they could’ve made this mistake.
