  This is my go to for repairs and keeping my truck’s maintenance on schedule. They are worth every penny. All of the team members I’ve worked with have been great, and Lynch specifically is always great to talk to and takes a lot of pride in keeping my truck going for me. We always have fun when I bring it in! Thanks Lynch and team

  I wish I could give them 10000 stars. The service team there are some of the most caring and thorough people. I came in for an oil change but instead found out I had rodents in my hood (disgusting I know), and they were so sympathetic and sweet to me while I was panicking. They even drove my car over to the car wash next door to make sure it was properly cleaned out, no charge! I always enjoy coming here as the people are so nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  I heard good things about this location, but I left pretty disappointed. I brought my car in because I noticed it was losing oil—I had lost most of it over a two-month period. The shop had my car for two full days before even looking at it. When they finally did, I was told there was no oil leak and that I just needed an oil change. They couldn’t explain where the oil went, and the person I spoke with on the phone didn’t seem confident in the diagnosis. They also told me my brake pads and rotors were at 50–60%, but a quick visual inspection through the wheel well showed they were clearly more worn than that. I even had to ask if we were talking about the correct car, which they confirmed. On top of that, I was told my coolant level was fine. When I picked up my car, I checked the fluid levels myself—and there was no coolant in the system. At that point, it felt like my car hadn’t been thoroughly inspected at all. Every time I spoke with them, they sounded extremely busy, which I understand—but I waited patiently and expected a proper diagnosis. At the end of the day, I was looking for honest, detailed feedback on what my car actually needed—not to be told everything looked fine when it clearly wasn’t. I’ll continue to monitor my fluid levels, but based on this experience, I’ll likely be finding a new mechanic in a month when my fluid levels are running low again.
