  I was driving from Tyler Tx to Oklahoma and to Houston and I stopped at location after 3 am last night I pump $40.30 of gas and I went into to the restroom and it was closed from 12-5 am but my thing is the reason I stop at QTrip stores bc I feel like they’re much safer because I’m a female. And I’m traveling in alone at night. So I asked them that if I could use the restroom because I had pumped Gas and the guy that was working there last night. Both of the young men both said no. The African-American Guys. They were Kids Maybe Like, Under 20.yrs And when I asked the Mexican guy that was working the Night Shift, he told me wow. They’re closed but since you punk Gas, ask the guys in the front and see if they let you go in and see you can’t even monitor me like let me run into the restroom. All I have to do is use the number one, and then I would be on my way, so the young gentlemen at the Registration said that I could go across the street to whatever that is across the street. I don’t know if it’s an egg or a shell to use the restroom over there. I just don’t understand that. I understand when people are asking for money , but I was a customer. And I travel all over the country, and where they have Quick trips, Missouri, Kansas, all over Texas And the restrooms have never been closed. I don’t know of. This is a particular owner and he just decides to post the restrooms from 12 A.M. to five A.M. or if it’s an issue with that area because it’s I would say it’s a little bit higher crime. I don’t know but I wasn’t happy, especially when he told me to go across the street like I was a customer. I understand that if I didn’t buy anything that, yeah you have a reason. But if I shot there, then you should’ve let me use the restroom. And make an exception. I did tell them. I was traveling. I’ve been traveling all day and I’m still on my way to Houston. He said oh well I’m Sorry. Go across the street. I don’t think that’s right.

  Stop there some evening after work around 4 or 5 and they are always out of fountain drinks for some reason they can't change them out at the busiest times of the day when everyone is getting off work in that area. Today all soda drinks were out and no ice

  I, can't help myself sometime I go and check and see if the donuts or not sold out after 3:00 p.m. they are 99 cents each the cinnamon rolls is my favorite. Also they have the special $5 meal you can't beat that with a baseball bat also I have to get me a cup full of crushed ice. We also purchase gas for the 🚗. Satisfied customer

  We are truck drivers and regular customers of the QT station; however, this station is extremely poor. If you stop here at night to grab a coffee or other items and wish to use the restroom, they deny you access. Furthermore, the person working at the register has a poor attitude—behavior that will undoubtedly damage this station's reputation.
