  Shop employees are good at what they do, however, the office staff, primarily the boss, isn't courteous or efficient at her job. A tire was left with them around noon on Wednesday that needed to be mounted. This is a tire off of a piece of construction equipment. Instructions were to call as soon as the tire was ready. Crickets...no call. Drove up there Friday morning and the tire was propped up inside all mounted and ready to go. Shop hand said it had been ready since Wednesday evening. No call, no apologies and an oh well attitude. I wouldn't take this place a wheel barrel tire now. Tires for my trailers, dump truck and 3 farm tractors, won't ever come from Youngblood. My true star rating for this place is... -5. One star is way more than they deserve.

  Brought work trailer in to fix crappy placement of electrical outlets amd broken door. Fixed it proper.

  I pulled into Lampasas right at 5:00 pm with a low tire and every place closed at 5. I was able to make it to Youngblood and they closed at 5:30. They were all very nice and helpful. They did not have a used tire to fit my car, so I bought a new one. They did try several different options for a used one that would work. I so much appreciate them and the help and courtesy I received. Thank you!!
