- BDBilly DixonMay 29, 20261.0Shop employees are good at what they do, however, the office staff, primarily the boss, isn't courteous or efficient at her job. A tire was left with them around noon on Wednesday that needed to be mounted. This is a tire off of a piece of construction equipment. Instructions were to call as soon as the tire was ready. Crickets...no call. Drove up there Friday morning and the tire was propped up inside all mounted and ready to go. Shop hand said it had been ready since Wednesday evening. No call, no apologies and an oh well attitude. I wouldn't take this place a wheel barrel tire now. Tires for my trailers, dump truck and 3 farm tractors, won't ever come from Youngblood. My true star rating for this place is... -5. One star is way more than they deserve.
