  Thought my breaks were bad or about to go bad. Asa safety concern I came in for an inspection. The team heard my concerns and did the inspection. Found my brakes were fine and didn't need to do anything. I will always take my vehicles here for brake related service. Thanks

  I had a great experience that breaks Plus today, Isacc helped me out. I had been to three other places this morning and nobody could fit me in. Not only did they fix the problem, but they did it short staffed and with a smile. This particular location is fairly new and just opened a few weeks ago and they could’ve easily turned me away due to their manning, but they fit me in quickly and accommodated everything I needed to get back on the road safely. Great customer service🤩

  Avoid this location at all costs. I am incredibly disappointed by the blatant dishonesty and deceptive practices at the Brakes Plus in Lake Worth. First, I spent $346 here for rear brake pads, a fluid flush, and an alignment on my 2022 Hyundai Tucson. They charged me the absolute full fee for the alignment, only to tell me afterward that they couldn't even finish it properly because they "didn't have the camber bolt." I gave them a second chance yesterday by coming in for their advertised "Free AC Inspection." Initially, the front desk flat-out lied and told me they don't offer that service. When I pulled up their own website to prove them wrong, they backpedaled and said it was only a "visual inspection." I agreed and waited. I kept my eyes on my car the entire time. No one ever popped the hood, and no one ever inspected my vehicle. Yet, they had the nerve to come back and tell me "nothing was wrong" with it. They will charge you for incomplete work and lie to your face about performing inspections. I am filing a formal complaint with corporate. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to a shop that actually values honesty and integrity, because this place has zero.

  Brakes Plus on Lake Worth. Trust worthy and Great customer service. I arrived 1 1/2hrs before closing(walk in customer). Chris set up my free inspection. He was able to show and explain all the issues with my brake pads and rotors. He gave all possible options for the work needed. He also broke down all the pricing. For my financial situation, I was able to get financing and everything replaced. Above and beyond service and pricing. Highly recommend Brakes Plus on lake worth, ask for Chris.
