  I visited Brakes Plus for a same-day repair. CJ and the staff were friendly and fixed my headlights in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely come back.

  The manager, Christian, is a terrific and helpful person. His staff are equally as kind and helpful. First time coming to this new location, but they got me set right before heading out on the road. Very grateful for these gentlemen. Will be back for sure.

  Came in to have brakes I had changed elsewhere to be looked at since they sounded worse than they’d ever had. Isaac got me out quickly and easily, answered all of my questions to the point I’ll be back for my future oil changes and other maintenance as well.

  I don’t have a review of their automotive service… but as far as customer service…. It was definitely less than acceptable. I had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early… the sign said open and 2 workers were inside looking out at me while I sat in my car so I decided to go in. As I walked to the door, 1 of them came and locked the door. I returned to my car and another customer of lighter complexion walked up and the door was unlocked for him. Needless to say, I left because I do have a choice where I spend my money and I don’t tolerate ignorance or disrespect!

  I brought my 2022 VW Tiguan in for its 80k service as recommended by VW. They got me in and out same day without an appointment and for less than what it would have been at the dealer. Definitely recommend Christian and his team. Great service.
