  I was told I would get a $10 discount if I gave a 5 star review for this location, but the service I received here did not deserve that rating. The only reason i’m not going to give a single star is because they did in fact finish the job I paid them for at a reasonable price, but I was promised it would be done the same day and did not receive my vehicle until 2 days later. They did not communicate with me what was going on and I had to make multiple phone calls to get it figured out. They did not make any mention of my serpentine belt about to go out in any way, and I almost ruined my engine a couple days later. For the kind of work that was done that should have been very noticeable and they should have mentioned it to me in person or in writing. Plus, I overheard them with another customer who was extremely upset with the service they received, so clearly sub-par work is not uncommon at this location.

  They were able to get me in straight away, and kept me informed throughout the entire process (even calling me to tell me that it was going to be a few minutes longer to get the part in, when I went to grab some food).

  My AC stopped working and I had my toddler with me. They were very welcoming and had a space for us to sit and hangout while we waited. Cory was nice and offered water and coloring pages for my toddler! We will definitely be using their services again when needed!!

  CJ and Corey are great. Customer service is superb compared to other competitors in Lake Worth. Did my brakes in Saginaw and once this location opened up which is closer to me, I will go for oil changes and rotations. Staff is great pleasant and efficient.

  I don't have words to grade their exceptional customer service. Cory and the manager CJ went above and beyond to help me out. I had a work done in another location and the work had some hardwire issues. I called where the qork was done and they couldn't see me. I was in an emergency and here at Lake worth they took my car even though they were backed up. Worked after hours to get me on the road., but again the parts didn't fit. The manager CJ dropped me home in his personal vehicle and they got the car ready the next day replacing the faulty hardwire at no charge. Truthfully, this kind of customer service in these days needs recognition!!
