  I came into the store a few days ago because my car was having problems starting. The new store manager Kimberly was amazing at diagnosing the problem. The problem was that I had a bad battery. Kimberly did not hesitate to take me back inside and price me a new battery, she noticed on my old battery that it had alot of corrosion on it so she offered me the battery grease and felt protectors. It was also one of the hottest days so far this summer and she didn't hesitate to go out and change it for me. Life time customer here. Thank you Kimberly.

  On 4/24 I had to purchase a brand new radiator and there were two ladies Imya and Izzy helped me to purchase a new radiator. I opted for the cheaper one, got out to my truck and started to unbox the radiator as well as remove the old one only to find out that the one we just purchased wouldn't work. Not knowing that they just closed and lock the door for the night but I had walked up to it and radiator in hand and kind of asked silently if they were closed and they said yes and I walked away about halfway to the back to the truck one of the ladies said "what did you need"? I explained that the radiator I opted to purchase was in fact the wrong one and I needed the other one that they offered. So the ladies had said "well since you've been here most of the day, and we'd seen you earlier with hood up and that I was not able drive off to go anywhere with the radiator being out. We can go ahead and try to help you get the new one, so they stayed after hours to help ensure that I got the exact part I needed to fit my vehicle. Instead of just turning me away and saying no we're closed. Just to let it be known, I am extremely appreciative for every bit of help that these two ladies didn't have to do but took a chance and helped me out when it was needed the most as I had already accepted the fact that they closed up for the night. I commend them for this and I thank them for it. I say that these two Imya and Izzy went above and beyond the call of duty. I am one satisfied customer and will continue to shop for my auto part needs at this AutoZone location.
