Last Friday, I visited Autozone because I needed my battery charged. I had already jumped-started the car and thought I could simply remove the battery to charge it. However, the first two employees informed me that due to the battery’s position in the car, they couldn’t remove it and that the customer would have to do it themselves. I was considering leaving and calling AAA at that point. However, another associate Memphis arrived and said they could remove the battery. He took about 10 minutes to do so and instructed me to return in an hour. I went back after the hour, but the battery still didn’t work. They informed me that I would need to purchase a new battery. I wasn’t particularly happy with this decision, so I decided to buy a new battery myself. Since it was a rush on Friday, Mack, one of the managers, helped me install the new battery back into the car as well as Memphis. I appreciated the patience they had with me and them mediating the situation!

I came into the store a few days ago because my car was having problems starting. The new store manager Kimberly was amazing at diagnosing the problem. The problem was that I had a bad battery. Kimberly did not hesitate to take me back inside and price me a new battery, she noticed on my old battery that it had alot of corrosion on it so she offered me the battery grease and felt protectors. It was also one of the hottest days so far this summer and she didn't hesitate to go out and change it for me. Life time customer here. Thank you Kimberly.
