  Worst company to work with. I opened a company account, booked online in advance, paid in full. 7 days later had a withdraw of $400 for a one way charge and it took, several phone calls and emails to get it credited in 3 credits over a period of 3 weeks. Appoligies all over, so I tried again. I was overcharged $220.00, got a credit a week later then was charged $200.00 and nobody can tell me why and I am now waiting 8 days for the credit. I email, and call but cannot get to an accounting dept to handle this directly.

  Manager claims she is- Absolutely terrible customer service. I was trying to get a rental through an insurance claim and simply asked for the employee’s name so I could make a complaint after she tried to put me and my 7 passengers in a Toyota Corolla and when I asked her to waive the 17 dollar fee she was trying to charge for me being an additional driver but already one on my mothers insured policy she kept cutting me off and said she’s only waive it if she made a promise that wasn’t fulfilled for someone. When I asked her for her name the first time She refused hung up on me, I called back asked for her name and said if she didn’t give it over the phone I’d be getting in person and threatened to call the police claiming I was aggressive when never once was but frustrated with the entire process. when I asked again for name then hung up on me for a second time. I was not threatening anyone; I was trying to document my experience. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

  Very dissatisfied with the service at this location! Went in to do a weekly rewrite on a corporate rental and the employee charged me an extra day cause I was 3 hrs over my original rental time. Thing is they knew it was just a rewrite for my weekly expense report! I rented the car for another week, when I realized they charged me 8 days instead of the weekly rate. I emailed the assistant manager and she responded that she could not do anything about processing a refund and did not offer an other solutions. I responded that I would like to contact her Area Manager and she ghosted me. I have the receipts. So now I contacted the customer service line 3 times and still no resolution, even escalated the complaint to the regional office and each time I was told someone was going to contact me! I am at the point now that I have given up on this! Time is money and I dont have anymore to waste on this! If rent from here, fare warning they are not very friendly and could careless about making wrongs right!

  This is a great crew of professionals. They will get you in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible while still not forgetting anything that should be covered.
