  I was very disappointed with office personal the car had greased hand prints all over the hood and fenders. When I left I was worried the work I paid for was actually done. I read your brochures before I came there so it’s just another tell people what they want to hear not what you do. Anytime you want to talk about the work I will be glade too.

  In my experience, this was one of the worst places to have my vehicle serviced. I paid for parts that I later discovered had not been replaced. I only learned this after taking my vehicle to another repair shop because the original issue persisted. When I brought my concerns to the manager, they refused to take responsibility or address the situation. I would not recommend this shop and suggest others consider taking their vehicles elsewhere.

  I am submitting this report regarding an incident that occurred at this auto repair shop involving (ceo)Justin Wilson During my interaction with him, he made a comment stating that “your people are always looking for a reason to go off on others,” referring to people of color. I found this statement to be offensive, inappropriate, and discriminatory. The comment was directed toward me based on my race and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. No matter your position at a company, you should treat all customers with professionalism and respect regardless of race, ethnicity, or background. Making broad negative assumptions about an entire group of people is unacceptable and creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment.

  I will never go to this place/location again the wait was entirely too long the customer service was awful. Very little professionalism stag is very rude. I came there to have my car looked at for a second opinion and waited over an hour to even have my vehicle put on the machine after waiting I asked a few questions and was disrespected

  Big thank you to Elsy and the technician Kevin we came for an oil change and left with a great experience and smile! She helped us understand what mileage we should be returning for standard maintenance and they even took us outside so I could see which fluids needed changing and their quality glad to know there’s people out there who can show you the work and you don’t feel like you’re getting everything thrown at you that your car needs fixing they even broke down immediate attention and what needed attention in the future. Yall have definitely earned a customer for life !!🤟🏻
