  Shelby and Elsy are so amazing. Safe auto repair is for sure a place I would recommend. Please make sure to keep these ladies there for being so amazing and informing!!! Love the snacks too.

  I am very happy with the service I received at Safe Hour Repair in La Porte. I especially want to highlight one mechanic, Kevin Castro, who recommended several things when I first came in, which is why I returned for the repair. During that service, he also took care of an additional repair I needed, at no extra cost. I really appreciate the customer care they provide at Safe Hour Repair La Porte. I am very grateful for the attention they give to their customers and the service they provide to everyone.

  Elsy and Jasmine helped me out with my car they are so friendly and so nice even over the phone I just went in for an oil change and the communicated to me which parts of my vehicle will soon be needing maintenance and what needed to be fixed right away ! They even took me to the back so I can visibly see it ! I will say they have definitely earned my trust knowing I didn’t know anything about cars they tried their best to explain what the parts do and how not fixing them could negatively affect my vehicle. Safe to say I am coming back !!

  Jasmin is great! I was sitting in the waiting room and seen her handle numerous phone calls, while still helping out a customer, that in my opinion was challenging. She did it with grace. You can tell she has a lot on her plate but still manages her Kool and stays professional and kind. Yall are lucky to actually have her as a face of the store. She deserves a raise.
