  How about y’all learn how to reset the “maintenance required” message on a 2026 Toyota 4Runner. I would have NEVER taken it there if I knew you couldn’t do it. Nobody mentioned it until the job was done. My wife paid for maintenance from Toyota, I paid for you because it was more convenient, or so I thought. Nope

  The men who helped were very helpful, friendly, and answered my questions about oil top offs in between changes, filled up my windshield washer fluid, filled my tires, the oil change itself was very quick, with the only downside being that I had to wait a little while, but that was obviously because there was a long line on a Saturday morning.

  I’ve been taking my wife’s car here for oil changes for the past year. The techs are always cool and don’t push air filters, but instead simply ask if you want them (intake and cabin) replaced. They also actually show you your own filter instead of a dirty prop filter like Jiffy Lube and offer 25% off for military veterans.

  I hate giving bad reviews; but I spent an hour and a half getting my oil changed. I watched bay 1 and 3 fly through cars while bay 2 was taking forever. It was so busy I didn't get a chance to change lanes. I picked bay 3 when I pulled in and they rerouted me to bay 2 because the truck in bay 2 had been there a while. I thought they would keep that same energy seeing bay 2 cars sitting for over an hour. Nope just letting the other lanes keep getting new cars so we were trapped in the lane. every other valvoline I have been to is first come first serve and they make sure that the cars who got there first get in the bays that are moving quickly. I wont be back to that location.

  BEWARE!!! I've been to several Valvoline's in the past, and always had a good experience. This particular location is TERRIBLE. For starters, I waited over an hour to get my oil changed...in the middle of the afternoon. We're not talking the lunch rush or evening hours or a weekend. Just a random day. However, that would not have led to this 1-star review. The dishonesty of the manager at this location is what did! I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. Per the Terms of Service of the Groupon, everything was included, except sales tax. I disclosed up front that I had a Groupon and confirmed that it covered the oil change and I was told "yes." AFTER CHANGING MY OIL, I am told I owe an amount that is clearly more than sales tax. When I asked what the charge was for, I was told "tax." I told the guy there was no way that amount was sales tax alone, then he admitted they tacked on another fee. I told him that was in violation of the TOS of Groupon, and I would not be paying any additional fees. He said he'd have to check with his manager. The manager came over and gave me some ridiculous story about how Groupon is a 3rd party and "they don't make the rules." Yes, they do. If you don't want to follow Groupon's rules, then don't have your services available on there. This manager refused to remove the additional fees, but no worries...I'll simply dispute them with my credit card company.
