- VHVincent HendersonOct 1, 20261.0TOTAL GARBAGE. If I could give a zero I would. Took a call for pick up and scheduled it. NO PICK UP AFTER AN HOUR. Then they just cancelled it disappeared. DO NOT USE. Thanks I would have called a company that actually does its JOB.
- SASteven ArzolaAug 30, 20261.011k for a tow that nationally goes for less than 4k (emergency tow rate). Its an 88 toyota pickup truck. I would look else where for out of state towing. $14.80 a mile they wanted to charge me.

They were amazing when an Austin dealership couldn't be bothered to look at her car after we had an appointment made and didn't even think twice when I asked him to turn around and go to San Antonio with the car. I highly recommend this business should you ever have the need for towing.

Being from out of town all we could do was look up a local two service and picked Interstate based on best Google reviews. I left the key with Interstate and told them where the car was the best I could and they went out, risking life and limb and recovered the car for us quickly. Very pleased with the outcome of a very precarious situation. Excellent work by a very trustworthy team.

They not only got my truck started but checked on me later to make sure I made it to work and offered to come and "jump" the battery again and follow me to Walmart at no extra charge. Wonderful customer service!! I hope I do not need them again...but if bad luck comes my way....I will, without a doubt, use them again! Lisa
