  Tap pay capable, but disabled. Poor layout on vehicle accessibility. Multiple unnecessary steps required before you can actually fuel. Touch screen poor response.

  I stopped at this gas station to fill up my son’s car and only had $100 cash. I was told they had no change available, which is frustrating at a busy gas station. My teen daughter offered to use her debit card for $10 of gas, and we sent my 13-year-old son inside to pay while we handled the pump and babysat my granddaughter. He got confused at the register and needed help with the “cash back” question. Instead of assisting him, the employee (Rosie, per her name tag) rudely told him, "If you don't know how to do it, go get your mom." I went over and was met with visible attitude and a lack of professionalism. When I asked to see her name tag (it was flipped), she rolled her eyes and gave more attitude. When I called out the rudeness, she blamed my son for not knowing what to do. With 30 years of service on her badge, I expected better customer care, not sarcasm and judgment. A busy gas station that doesn’t carry change and provides poor customer service doesn’t deserve customer loyalty. Do better.

  Prices aren't bad usually, but they recently upgraded their pumps to a touch screen and the screens are not responsive. The pumps still have a keyboard, but the keyboard doesn't back up the screen, so if you can't get the screen to respond, you aren't getting any gas.
