- AAAnnie AlbersonOct 11, 20265.0So glad I rented from here - Enterprise off 59 in Kingwood, TX. I needed a vehicle to transport my elderly mother to the medical center after a foot surgery. I originally booked a small SUV, and the lady at the front (did not get her name) suggested a minivan. Thank goodness for her....it worked wonderfully. I was able to lay down the stow and go seats in the floor board and then my mom could get in and scoot back to the 3rd row. I will be renting from here again when we need to go back to the medical center. Thank you!!!!

- TBTiffany ByersSep 12, 20265.0The team at the Kingwood, TX location were so kind and accommodating. As busy as they were they still took the time to greet everyone and ensure they knew they were seen and would be helped soon. I was in and out quickly but the interactions I had were meaningful and impactful. Even the courtesy ride home was pleasant. The young lady that brought me home made sure I got home safely and held a wonderful conversation with me the entire time. She spoke VERY highly of the company she works for and is extremely happy with her decision to join Enterprise. She was beaming with pride to work for such a great company which made me interested to learn more about the culture of the company. The vehicle was clean, ready for me upon arrival and drove great. Absolutely no complaints here. Highly recommend enterprise and especially the Kingwood, TX branch team.
