  Great experience renting from Enterprise in Kingwood. The car was clean & comfortable, the staff was the professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Definitely my 1st choice for any future car rental!

  Keyanna and the staff was so hospitable. Keyanna was diligent, patient and understanding to provide me with the type of vehicle I had reserved. The original vehicle got pulled for sale, but an equal replacement arrived in the last 30min of the work day. Excellent customer service.

  Love Enterprise in kingwood off 59.Have been going there for over 10 years. Always very satisfied. Cars are great and staff too. This last time I had Adrien ( sp?) He was most helpful and knowledgeable . Always a pleasant experience.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at the Enterprise location on Hwy 59 in Kingwood, and I felt compelled to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received. Having your vehicle damaged and sent in for repairs is never a fun experience, but the Enterprise team made the rental process easy, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable. From the very beginning, Sergei took excellent care of me. The first vehicle available was a bit smaller than what I needed, and without hesitation, he worked to ensure I was placed in something that was a better fit for my situation. A few days later, while my vehicle required additional repairs, I found myself needing another rental. The reason I mention this is because it meant I visited the location three times within a two-week period—and every single experience was consistent. The professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help never wavered. From the moment Jairo picked me up from the repair shop until the moment I drove away, everything ran smoothly. The entire team was welcoming, engaging, knowledgeable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. In today's world, consistency matters, and this team delivered it every time. I accidentally missed the survey deadline, but it was important to me that I take the time to recognize the individuals who made a challenging situation so much easier. Please extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Keyana, Sergei, Adrian, Josh, and Jairo. Their outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed. And if anyone ever asks me where they should rent a vehicle, I already have my answer: Enterprise on Hwy 59 in Kingwood.
