    Reserved a car online days in advance for a trip. I went to pick it up at the scheduled time and was told they tried to call me the day before but said my phone was “busy” and they didn’t have a car for me. Lies. If they tried the day before why couldn’t they have tried the morning of to let me know? Waste of time. Inconsiderate employees and company. Now everything is thrown off and we have to scramble to figure something out.

    I have had to use their services 4 times in the last year and a half. There's a bit of a wait to pickup but they get you out quick when dropping off.
