  AWFUL experience! Anne Morin Area manager did not offer to help. She was extremely rude and didn’t even try to offer a solution or a suggestion. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I can’t believe she’s an area retail manager! Enterprise needs to do better with their service and staff! People don’t spend less than 100 dollars renting a car and this is the treatment they get?? Please if you need a car don’t spend not even $1 here! They are not going to offer help or even try to show any empathy. Connor was helpful and told me he couldn’t offer any help because she already had coached him not to help me.. I had surgery done and need to get back home to my babies and I needed my dad to drive me because I cannot drive! I had a rental Monday from Austin Tx with people with empathy!! Enterprise!! Do better!! Nothing worse than an ARM telling their employees to not help paying customers! Corporate and google and everyone is gonna know how this ANNE MORIN treated me and I’m not going to stop. I’ve been in pain and I’ve never been treated this badly from enterprise. Check my history and my fathers. We always pay and have the cars barely touched. Enterprise do better!!

  Very rude I mentioned Briana the tire was low in the car we went back inside she was upset that she had to put me in another car started slamming the same in the back where the keys were .put me in another car started car identical to the 1st one I called Brianna to let her know a light was on withe a wrench she said it was the oil light the car was having issues taking off at the light my daughter was in the car with me she called Enterprise spoke with Brianna she let her know what was going on with the car she let my daughter know she was going to call me she did call me back with an attitude the worst experience I have ever had I have been to this location before never had that experience before

  My uncle was denied his rental for absolutely no reason has all his documentation license ID everything. The associate at the counter gave him the run around because his license supposedly can't be verified by their system. His ID is current and not expired, this is a case of discrimination because of my uncles color of skin. We should just file a lawsuit at this point.

  The only rental car place I've been a repeat customer at. They always take care of me here and are friendly. I've never had a bad experience and always had good customer service. Maybe because its mostly locals serving locals but it's a genuinely good spot to rent a car.
