  Very rude I mentioned Briana the tire was low in the car we went back inside she was upset that she had to put me in another car started slamming the same in the back where the keys were .put me in another car started car identical to the 1st one I called Brianna to let her know a light was on withe a wrench she said it was the oil light the car was having issues taking off at the light my daughter was in the car with me she called Enterprise spoke with Brianna she let her know what was going on with the car she let my daughter know she was going to call me she did call me back with an attitude the worst experience I have ever had I have been to this location before never had that experience before

  My uncle was denied his rental for absolutely no reason has all his documentation license ID everything. The associate at the counter gave him the run around because his license supposedly can't be verified by their system. His ID is current and not expired, this is a case of discrimination because of my uncles color of skin. We should just file a lawsuit at this point.

  The only rental car place I've been a repeat customer at. They always take care of me here and are friendly. I've never had a bad experience and always had good customer service. Maybe because its mostly locals serving locals but it's a genuinely good spot to rent a car.

  Highly recommend for anyone to come a rental of any kind. Great working environment, cleaned, friendly employees! Great communication skills they’re very understanding. Nice selection on any vehicle. For the Enterprise on Knight Rx and 610. I am satisfied customer for years no complainants here.

  Very good about helping when you have an insurance claim but when you need a vehicle for pleasure make sure you know that it is a $300 deposit plus the rental! I have not received my deposit and have so much trouble talking to the manager and getting a returned call. When you call, your on hold for long periods of time only to get hung up on and then have to repeat the process many times. They are very short staffed so you will wait a quiet a bit to get a vehicle and return one. Update: after calling to extend the rental, I was told that I was paid up until following day ! They asked me time and I specifically told them 5pm since I work. She proceeded to tell me that I was good. When I dropped off my vehicle they had deducted another day from my $300 deposit. I finally talked to the manager only to be told that , “was I under the assumption that I would get a free day?” I’m so very upset. For her to state that was soo unprofessional! As I told her if I was making an assumption, why would I call to extend! I was willing to pay this but was told it was already paid, otherwise I would have taken it back earlier.
