  Horrible service and they ding up your car then blame you for it. Horrible customer service. Don’t go if you dont want your car dinged up

  Used this carwash was last Wednesday. First time ive taken this car through a carwash.. left dings all down the passenger side of my car. Made a claim with one of the workers have yet to hear back from anyone. Wont be using this carwash again. UPDATE heard back and of course they said i was LYING and that their wash didn't do this to my car. TRASH. TRASH. TRASH. Literally told me I was lying cause I came back an hour later (I had to pick my daughter up from school so I didn't have time to wait I noticed it when I got out to fix my mirror that was flipped the complete opposite way)

  Very professional and polite young people. Extremely kind and patient both at cashier and at vacuum. And pleasant, also young lady guiding through wash, pleasant as well.

  I really like this carwash, however, I have been trying to get an account established here and there is an issue with my phone # in the system. The ladies at the window have diligently tried on two occasions to resolve it, and to no fault of their own, they couldn't. They gave me the number to customer service to call but they never answer, it goes directly to voicemail. Have left 2-3 messages and no call back. Have even tried to get on the chat on their website but cant get to it without an account apparantly. I like this carwash so much I canceled my membership with a nearby competitor to establish one here and as of today it has been over a month trying to get in contact with someone to resolve the issue. So, if anyone from this location or corporate that reads this can respond with a good customer service phone number or who to contact regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated!

  Tommy’s Car Wash did an excellent job. The wash was fast, the staff was friendly, and my car came out looking spotless inside and out. The vacuums and cleaning stations were well maintained, making it easy to finish the details. Great value for the price, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality car wash.
