  Had a great experience here, they got me in the same day and were really good with prices. Very friendly and helpful with what I needed done. I recommend getting your vehicles tinted here.

  As someone who operates a small business, I under the IMPORTANCE of customer service. I recently purchased a new vehicle and had the windows tinted here. After that service, I went back to have my tail lights tinted. Less than 24 hours after the service, the tint started to peel off and bubbles began to appear. The overall service was terrible to be honest. The finish was not of aprofessional. I contacted the shop and spoke to the female owner, who was less than empathetic to the fact that I had an issue with the service rendered. Her tone made it seem as if I was being a bother which left me perplexed. She told me to call to schedule an appointment when I had the time and before I could respond to her she hung up. I showed up this morning May 11th to have it looked at. Walked in and was trying to explain what the issue was and she basically told me I don't need to in a very rude tone. I was told the film used on my vehicle was "DEFECTIVE" and that they needed to reorder new film. A refund was issued but I will never recommend or use this business for future services. Customers are the reason your business stays open. I surely felt like I was begging to have something done when in fact I've spent close to $1000 in the past month here. The husband and techs are easy to deal with but the wife has some serious customers service issues. I will not spend my money with someone who don't value the satisfaction of their customers and I certainly won't recommend my friends and family to do so either!!! This is the problem your company has, attacking customers publicy not a good look. Please explain how I was being rude? I was a dissatisfied customer who was clearly treated as if I was begging for a service versus paying and not even an apology or a little emphaty was given. I did one service and showed up for another out of choice, not obligation so that should clearly indicate I had no issues with you or anyone there for that matter. What I won't tolerate though is bad customer from Tint World or anyone else. The time and energy you all put into these responses to customers reviews, should be chanelled towards some customer service training!!!

  Elena kept me well informed of their services and offered a generous 10% discount to come in during a non-busy time. Got my SUV tinted all around and a brow on the windshield with ceramic tint. Quick and professional work, looks great

  I brought my 2013 Tahoe in for tint. My tint was 13 years old and bubbly. The staff was professional and did a great job on my tint. They also gave me a discount on the removal of my old tint. I would recommend Tint World to anyone who want their vehicle done right at a good price.
