  Didn't get my glass in time. Went to the junk yard and save 500 bucks. You knownif you try to cancel your appointment on the email they send, you can get 100 dollars off if you dont cancel? Try it. And see.

  Service was sub par at best. The quality of the window is good but the installation was lacking. The technician told my wife he forgot the wipes to clean up the over squeeze from the adhesive and told her she could clean it up. He also told her well if you don’t buy our windshield wipers and you scratch the glass we won’t cover it. Again when she asked him about why the side covers at the bottom of the glass were sticking up he said that is just the way the 3M product is. Last I am missing my wiper cover which I know where there on the vehicle because I replaced them that morning and now it is gone. Bad service and even worse because he took the covers so I don’t have my OEM parts.

  Safelite is the absolute greatest. The process of scheduling the appointment, to getting the work done is seamless. The safelite team is friendly and professional, they are my go to when I need this type of help. Truly grateful!

  It probably less than a hour from the second I started searching for a windshield combined with the time it took to install it by the technician. Also my technician saved all my stickers, tx tag, registration, and my parking sticker for work. Last but not least they had the best price.

  Absolutely horrendous customer service. Requested me to come into the shop because of the weather, I show up early, I’m waiting for much longer than anticipated while watching other customers drop off and pick up their vehicles before me. No other communication, I got a text saying they started on my vehicle 2 hours AFTER arriving early to the shop. Tried to make a complaint to corporate and the idiotic employee made me talk about my complaint through their stupid chatgpt ai bot. They think I didn’t realize it but I was completely over the entire situation. This shop and company have a near monopoly on windshield repair and I would not go to these people if my insurance didn’t tell me to. Would never recommend this place to anyone if you have an option to go somewhere else. No apology was given even after I talked to the employee that requested me to come in to their shop.
