Don’t use this shop. Took my vehicle to get the windshield replaced. They placed non OEM glass in it (that’s fine). They said it would take 2-3 hours. Left the device at the shop. Around 5 hours pass no word from the shop. Attempt to call multiple times. No one answers. Call corporate. They can’t reach the shop. No idea what is going on with my vehicle. Day passes and no word. Finally the next I had to drive the 60 miles round trip back to the shop because they won’t answer the phone only to be told that the windshield failed calibration. They had left my vehicle sit outside in an unsecured uncovered location. Told me they would submit to insurance to order OEM glass since it failed calibration and shouldn’t be a problem. Around two weeks pass no word. Can’t reach the shop. Driving around without full safety features in my vehicle due to failed calibration. Get a call they have the OEM glass in. Told me I would need to pay $93.10 as part of my vehicle deductible (I have $0 comp coverage). Go to get the windshield replaced with the OEM glass. Told it would be 2-3 hours. Almost 5 hours later they tell me it won’t calibrate. I will neee to take the car to a dealership to have them do the calibration, but I still owe them money for a vehicle without the safety features and an incomplete job. Ask if they are going to give me something to cover the dealership visit. Shop manager refuses and tells me they don’t do that. I say “wouldn’t this be covered under the insurance and warranty for the windshield via safelite?” They say no because it’s not a fault on their end, but if I want my car back I have to pay my portion that. I call my insurance company. They are confused why I am being told I owe any money when I have a $0 comp policy. Insurance tells me to take my vehicle to the dealership and have them calibrate and submit the receipt and they would reimburse me, and maybe they will be able to reimburse me the hostage fee I had to pay to get my vehicle released from safelite today for the incomplete repair job. After again speaking with the shop and asking why I owe money for a $0 comp insurance job that they got approval from my insurance company to order OEM glass due to failed calibration. The person at the shop then tells me “oh your insurance didn’t approve the OEM glass that’s why you owe money”. So now I’ve wasted nearly 200 miles in traveling to and from the safelite location, lost 2 days of work and half a day of a weekend, $93.10 out of pocket, and I still have a vehicle without a non-working windshield. Now I also will owe the dealership money to calibrate the windshield for the car and wait to be reimbursed by the insurance company. Avoid this shop at all costs. They obviously do not have either the proper equipment or proper training to perform the work they agree to perform under contract with your insurance company. They also won’t answer the phone and lie to you about what they do and do not follow company policies.

We have had to bring our car here multiple times because they couldn’t calibrate the window. The first time, we dropped the car off in the morning at our scheduled appointment time and they said it could be like 3 hours. I came along in a second vehicle so my husband wouldn’t be stuck there for hours waiting. They then did not call us all day. We don’t live nearby so we kept calling and nobody answered. We called corporate and they were able to read the notes but also couldn’t get a hold of them. They said a day and a half later they put in the glass but it failed calibration so they are ordering OEM glass. Now we normally have a $0 deductible and they’re telling us insurance doesn’t want to pay all of it. Now we are here again 3 weeks later and the OEM glass is in, they say they can’t calibrate it, we stayed in the store this time for over 6 hours since they don’t answer phones and they still can’t calibrate it and are now saying we need to pay out of pocket. We called our insurance and told them they want us to pay for work they didn’t complete and have insurance reimburse us and they said that’s not how that works. We also heard them have a convo with another patron waiting for 5+ hours and they told her the same exact thing. This place sucks.

My service was booked through my insurance but everything still flowed perfectly. My service technician was Brandon, really cool chilled worker that took care of business. He came to the house, ensured I understood the type of windshield I was getting and also recalibrated my windshield. No issues with the windshield or recalibration thus far!

My technician was very nice very professional and very knowledgeable and very fast. I had a dead battery and he text me and let me know and I came out of my job and gave him jumper cables. He jumped it and everything was great. He also sent me messages the entire time he was working. He was awesome. After the job was done he called and informed me and also gave me some professional anti water cleaner for my car. Alal in all I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. plus in Killeen THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES to do payment plans and I LOVE THEM FOR THAT.

The technician was very communicative. Called before arriving and gave a time frame when he would show. He was very efficient on the work he did to my windshield. He cleaned up the workspace when he was finished. He also let us know when he was done and gsve us all the information we needed for aftercare. Highly recommend anyone for any glass repair
