  Fantastic Fantastic and yes Fantastic!!! From the moment you walk in your greeted. I was fascinated on how fast and great the service was! They had me back on the road in no time. The waiting room was clean and the seating was very comfortable. You have tried the rest now try the best!!!! I will return for all my tire needs!! 💪😁🇺🇸

  We are visiting family here in Killeen, Texas. Last time we visited about two weeks ago for tire rotation, we were not able to accomplish what we needed done, by choice, because the manufacturer had a lock on the tires. However, we needed help again on July 6th. We had a slow leak in one of our tires. Gary made us feel welcomed! He made sure we were fully aware of the process and that they would take care of our vehicle! They are all professional and made us feel comfortable. They found a nail in our tire and they made the tire feel new at no cost! Thank you for the wonderful service! Extremely fast/professional service! I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Breaks! Ask for Gary! He’s amazing! Maybe bring them some Jack & Jill donuts!

  Very amazing team, came in for a flat tire and the guys at the front and workers helped me out tremendously ! I go here for my alignments and tire balancing as well. All in all great staff !

  Had a flat late last night and knew I could bring it to them first thing this morning. Every time I come in, I'm taken care of quickly and treated so well. These guys always do an amazing job and make sure I understand what's going on with my car. They're honest, thorough, and always address any questions or concerns I have. I'll definitely continue coming here for all my car maintenance needs. Thanks again, guys!

  I purchased a set of new tires and specifically requested tires manufactured in 2025 or 2026. The employee assisting me assured me that the tires sold by the shop met that requirement, so I authorized the installation. After getting home, I checked the DOT date codes and discovered all four tires were manufactured in 2024. My frustration was not with the age of the tires themselves, but with being given inaccurate information after clearly stating my preference beforehand. UPDATE: About two hours after I posted my review, the store manager, Gary Duncan, personally contacted me and immediately began working to resolve the issue. I appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service. Thank you, Gary, for taking ownership of the situation and addressing my concerns so quickly.
