  We urgently needed air in one of our tires, but the valve stem cap was stuck due to corrosion, so we couldn’t get air into the tire ourselves. We first went to Firestone inside Fort Hood, but they quoted us $115 per tire because they said the sensors needed to be replaced—and they also couldn’t get us in. We tried looking for another shop, but most places required an appointment, which wasn’t an option for us since we had to leave town today. Thankfully, we came across Mavis Tires & Brakes, and they completely saved the day! 🙌 They fixed the valve stem issue, filled our tire with air, and even went above and beyond by doing a tire rotation for us. What really impressed us was that Mavis didn’t even have to replace the sensors because they were still working perfectly fine! They solved the actual issue without trying to sell us something we didn’t need. That honestly says a lot about their honesty and integrity as a business ❤️ The service was fast, helpful, and genuinely appreciated, especially since we were in a time crunch. The service manager was also incredibly nice, friendly, and funny, which made the whole experience even better! You can really tell when a business cares about helping its customers, and that’s exactly how we felt here. Mavis Tires & Brakes definitely gained a loyal customer today! We will absolutely be coming back for future tire needs, car repairs, and maintenance.   Im not one who really ever leaves reviews, but for this shop I had to. By far one of the best experiences I have ever had when servicing my vehicle. I came in thinking I needed to replace my tires, but it turned out I actually needed new tire rods and sway bar links. Long story short, Jimmy was excellent in assisting me with everything, thoroughly explaining the issues as well as getting the parts and labor situated so that I could get back on the road same day. As a freelance mechanic myself, I appreciate a business that tells it straight, doesn't try to push unnecessary products/services, and is considerate on the pocket book, especially in today's economy. When I do eventually need new tires, I will be coming back here no hesitation. Keep up the great work yall, I appreciate everything.

  I had a great experience getting my oil changed here! The gentleman at the front was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I came in first thing in the morning, and they were able to get me taken care of right away. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and the whole process was quick and easy. Great customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services and would highly recommend them!

  Came in to get my donut put on to make it to work on time and they definitely got me right and quick! Come see Phillip if u need tire service! When I say fast they are fast!!!
