  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, and the customer service provided by Gary was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days. I highly recommend Mavis Tire and appreciate Gary for going above and beyond!

  I used Mavis today because had an emergency flat. Once I arrived the process was very swift and not stressful at all and most of all very fair. Will be using them again.

  Mavis!!! Hands down the best place this location on Stan Schlueter always does the best to take care of you. I usually come here for my business as I am the GM of the car wash down the road. Well today I had to use them for my personal vehicle and they had me in and out in no time to continue on enjoying my Mother’s Day weekend!!! Micheal was the one that helped!! If you ever found yourself in the area and need you vehicle checked out or a tire come here they will definitely take care of you. As a veteran we need more people like Michael!!

  Mavis tires and brakes is the new secret gem! The guys there do top tier work! They take little to no time to service vehicles and are very communicative!

  1. I got 4 new tires from them. The next day my tire alert warning went off. Turns out they dangerously over inflated all 4 tires to 40psi, instead of the 33psi indicated on the driver side door panel. 2. I had to pull over off the highway to fix them. If i didn't have an electric tire pump in my car, I wouldn't have been able to determine the problem or fix it. 3. When i called and spoke to the manager, Gary, he said there were a few things he could do for me and that he would look into who did my tires and call me back that afternoon. He did not. 3. Then I got an email saying that i had missed my appointment and that they hoped i would reschedule! 4. So i googled them and found this: Mavis Tire is currently involved in major litigation, including settling most wrongful death lawsuits regarding a 2018 New York limousine crash that killed 20 people. Accusations include faulty brake repairs and covering up safety issues. The company has also settled lawsuits for sex discrimination, religious discrimination, and deceptive business practices, paying millions in damages. Update: A couple hours after posting this review, Gary called and apologized for not calling yesterday as promised, said they will require a second psi test before driving the vehicle out the garage, and offered me a free oil change.
