  Nice clean vehicle, wonderful staff, and wonderful much needed vacation was accomplished. Reserved by synchrony third party program that saved half the cost of a week long rental for a car. Arrived day of and they upgraded our vehicle without asking due to car smelling like smoke. I thank the heavens for that because I do not want to smell smoke nor get pulled over and investigated. They had a $400 dollar hold on it, but other than that drove out of state, had an amazing time and came back with the vehicle clean, gassed up. $400 hold was off my account next day. Thank you Enterprise!!!!

  They have 2 workers, they place people in front of you even if you have been waiting an hour, and they take forever.(The people in the photo did nothing wrong but still). They need to hurry up.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Enterprise was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. I reserved and prepaid nearly $600 for a 7-passenger vehicle for a four-day family trip. When I made the reservation, I was specifically told that multiple vehicles were available and that I could pick mine up at 11:00 AM. When I arrived, I was informed that they didn't have a single 7-passenger vehicle available, nor did any nearby Enterprise locations. The only option they offered was a much smaller vehicle. That wasn't a realistic solution—I specifically reserved a 7-passenger van because I have a large family traveling on a long trip. If a smaller vehicle would have worked, I would have rented one in the first place. What made the experience even worse was that no one contacted me beforehand. I received no phone call, text message, or email letting me know the vehicle I had reserved and paid for wasn't available. Had I been notified, I could have made other arrangements with a different rental company instead of finding out at the counter right before my trip. To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration, the employee at the front desk became dismissive and gave me a customer service phone number, telling me I could file a complaint if I wanted. There was no attempt to find a real solution or show any concern for the inconvenience this caused my family. This experience showed a complete lack of communication, poor customer service, and an inability to honor reservations that customers have already paid for. A reservation should actually mean something. I'll also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this experience was completely unacceptable. If you're depending on a rental vehicle for an important trip, I recommend looking at other companies such as Hertz, Alamo, or another reputable rental agency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Enterprise.
