  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Enterprise was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. I reserved and prepaid nearly $600 for a 7-passenger vehicle for a four-day family trip. When I made the reservation, I was specifically told that multiple vehicles were available and that I could pick mine up at 11:00 AM. When I arrived, I was informed that they didn't have a single 7-passenger vehicle available, nor did any nearby Enterprise locations. The only option they offered was a much smaller vehicle. That wasn't a realistic solution—I specifically reserved a 7-passenger van because I have a large family traveling on a long trip. If a smaller vehicle would have worked, I would have rented one in the first place. What made the experience even worse was that no one contacted me beforehand. I received no phone call, text message, or email letting me know the vehicle I had reserved and paid for wasn't available. Had I been notified, I could have made other arrangements with a different rental company instead of finding out at the counter right before my trip. To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration, the employee at the front desk became dismissive and gave me a customer service phone number, telling me I could file a complaint if I wanted. There was no attempt to find a real solution or show any concern for the inconvenience this caused my family. This experience showed a complete lack of communication, poor customer service, and an inability to honor reservations that customers have already paid for. A reservation should actually mean something. I'll also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this experience was completely unacceptable. If you're depending on a rental vehicle for an important trip, I recommend looking at other companies such as Hertz, Alamo, or another reputable rental agency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Enterprise.

  Rented from Budget and had the worst experience. I got a vehicle that seated when I was alone and was lied to saying my insurance is invalid in texas. Return the vehicle and it was a refreshing experience. No upsell and the attendant was fast and very helpful. The experience was smooth. Return was very easy and that attendant was also very courteous and made sure that there were not issues. Keep it all up. I will pay more if I have to so that I rent with you always.

  I greatly appreciate the help that I receive when I rent a vehicle from Enterprise at the Killeen airport. The representatives are very courteous and helpful. Shannon ensured that I was cordially greeted and made recommendations that ensured that I would have the most comfortable vehicle for my trip. The ease of picking up and returning the vehicle to the Enterprise parking lot was also a convenience that cannot be matched elsewhere. The vehicle was thoroughly cleaned (interiorly and exteriorly). It was also free of intolerable unpleasant odors. I recommend Enterprise, Killeen Airport for your traveling needs!

  The staff were great but the app reserved me a vehicle but when I got there was told not doing same day rentals. So I've waisted time and money going out to the airport due to a unreliable app.
