I rented a Chevy Traverse for a 5-day vacay, and loved every mile driven!! The car was clean and the ride was smooth!! Enterprise is always my go to for car rental, the online process is easy, the customer service is always above and beyond!! Airports are busy and travel can be stressful, Enterprise took all the concerns of car rental out of the equation!! Thanks for everything!! 10/10 highly recommend and I will continue to be a repeat customer!!😎😎

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Enterprise at GRK Airport, and I especially want to recognize Ashley for going above and beyond to make my experience so great! I was renting a vehicle for my anniversary trip to Houston, and from the moment I arrived, Ashley was incredibly helpful, sweet, polite, patient, and genuinely caring. Ashley went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and that everything was handled smoothly. She didn’t just provide great customer service — she made me feel like she genuinely cared about my experience and wanted to make sure my anniversary trip got off to a great start. That level of kindness and attention really stood out to me. She was professional, friendly, and so easy to work with, and I truly appreciated how much effort she put into helping me. Shannon was also very kind and helpful, but Ashley really went above and beyond and deserves special recognition. It’s employees like Ashley who make customers want to come back. I’m extremely grateful for her help and the wonderful experience she provided. Enterprise at GRK Airport is lucky to have her!

Nice clean vehicle, wonderful staff, and wonderful much needed vacation was accomplished. Reserved by synchrony third party program that saved half the cost of a week long rental for a car. Arrived day of and they upgraded our vehicle without asking due to car smelling like smoke. I thank the heavens for that because I do not want to smell smoke nor get pulled over and investigated. They had a $400 dollar hold on it, but other than that drove out of state, had an amazing time and came back with the vehicle clean, gassed up. $400 hold was off my account next day. Thank you Enterprise!!!!

They have 2 workers, they place people in front of you even if you have been waiting an hour, and they take forever.(The people in the photo did nothing wrong but still). They need to hurry up.
