Great service, the rep explained in detail all, answered my questions. Address any concerns. I was satisfied with the rep and my car rental.
Underwhelmed Twice -
This was my second time renting from this location, and unfortunately, they are now 0-2. It is disheartening to pay hard-earned money for a rental only to be left feeling completely underwhelmed. My first rental had torn carpet on the driver's side floorboard, stains in the backseat, and was overall dirty with noticeable exterior scratches. Because it was the end of the day and the staff seemed pleasant, I sucked it up and didn't formally complain, deciding to give them a second chance.
My second visit was even worse. The agent with the hearing aid made the debit card process unnecessarily difficult, inspecting my utility bills so intensely that I finally offered to just use a credit card to make it easier. He responded with a skeptical, "You have a credit card?" looking at me as if he assumed I didn't and was ready to turn me away. It was a completely off-putting interaction.
Thankfully, David stepped in for the vehicle walkthrough. David was pleasant, attentive, compassionate, and showed real empathy. The car itself, however, was shocking. It was a Honda Civic with more scratches than an angry ex could inflict, extensive hail damage on the trunk, and a damaged windshield. I was appalled that Enterprise keeps a vehicle in this condition in their active rental inventory. It felt like I was driving a beat-up personal vehicle rented off DoorDash.
To top it off, the car didn't even have a full tank of gas, forcing me to immediately stop at a gas station to fill up at the start of my trip, a first for me.
Despite the terrible vehicle condition and the initial poor customer service, I wasn't offered a discount, a free upgrade, or anything to make it right. I will gladly pay extra money elsewhere for a better selection and higher quality. I won't be returning to this location.
UPDATE: Asking me to contact customer service through the link provided in the response is also a joke. Aaron, simply copied/pasted a response and said they’ll let management know at the location, then proceeded to ask me if I had more questions. Again, the customer service is lacking as well as the awareness of “reading the room” or in this case the feedback. (See screenshot of contacting customer service).

The wait to have a vehicle ready was about 1 hour. Although I checked in online and expected a quick process that was not the case. The team periodically kept me updated in the status which is good customer service, and I really appreciated the free upgrade to compensate for the wait.

I had been to this location before, and the service was great. I made an online reservation, went to the location to pay and complete the paperwork, and then received the car.
This time, I also reserved the car online and went to pick it up to finish the paperwork. However, I was told the car I reserved was not available. They also said no other cars were available. When I asked why I hadn’t been informed, they mentioned I should have received an email or message about the unavailability.
I did not receive any emails or messages about the car not being available, so unfortunately, I missed my important trip. I’m unsure why this time was different, but it’s unacceptable for reservations to be confirmed online only for me to later be told the car isn’t there. It’s also frustrating that I didn’t receive updates about the car’s availability as changes occurred. I wasted my time going to pick the car up, thinking it would be ready.
The person helping me said I could wait for a car to return, and see if it is available, but there was already a long line to wait.
This was their mistake, not mine, and it was very disappointing.
BAD SERVICE. MADE A RESERVATION FEW DAYS BEFORE. WHEN I SHOWED UP THEY DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE AVAILABLE; I MISSED AN IMPORTART CONFERENCE OUT IN Oklahoma. I REALLY REGRET TRUSTING THIS PEOPLE WITH THIS IMPORTANT EVENT I HAD PLANNED TO ATTEND AND COULDN'T MAKE IT BECAUSE OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION WHATSOEVER. BETTER TO GO WITH HERTZ OR USE THE AIRPORT RENTAL SERVICES. THEY ARE MORE ACCURATE AND HAVE OPTIONS FOR EVENT LIKE THIS.
