Jon went above and beyond to make the rental process quick, easy, and stress-free, and his team provided excellent customer service every step of the way. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when promised. It’s clear that Jon leads by example and has built a team that truly cares about its customers.   I’ve used this Enterprise location multiple times now, and every experience has been smooth, quick, and easy! The team is always professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. Most recently, I had a stressful situation come up, and they handled everything with understanding and made the process feel simple and manageable. It’s rare to find customer service this consistent, and I really appreciate how well they take care of their customers. Highly recommend this location!

  Never got a car after waiting an hour for pickup while it was being cleaned. Couldn’t give accurate timelines or provide any alternatives when asked. Complete waste of time. Walked down the street to Hertz and got a car right away without a reservation.

  I went to this location on 9 June 2026 at around 3:50 PM to rent a car to get my family to the airport in Austin. I was treated unprofessionally as soon as I walked in. When I inquired with the male behind the counter about renting the car, he immediately told me that he wouldn't help me as the two female employees stood by. His attitude left me puzzled. As a retired veteran and a human, I've never felt so disrespected in any business. I left and went to the nearby Hertz where I was treated with respect and rented the vehicle I needed. The treatment I received still has me puzzled. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Go to the Hertz down the street! If I could give negative stars I would.

  I travel a lot and use Enterprise all over the US. This is by far the worst location to deal with. They always struggle with inventory and even with a confirmed reservation they won't hold the vehicle. The management here is awful and I do everything I can to avoid having to rent from here. It is a shame because this is in a great location but it's not worth the unprofessionalism and disorganization you have to deal with. This wasn't a onetime occurrence but several times. Twice they didn't have the type of car I reserved but did offer a cheaper smaller car which I accepted because I didn't have time to find an alternative and twice, they didn't have any car. I booked the reservation through the work portal 2 or 3 weeks in advance. Confirmed through the Enterprise app that the reservation was in the system. Showed up the morning I was supposed to pick up my car and was told I could either sit in the lobby and wait or go home and they would call me if they found something. When I asked why I didn't have a car held since I had a reservation, they said I didn't answer the phone when they called the day prior to "confirm" the reservation. I explained that I was on a work call at the time and tried to call back but no one at the location answered or returned my call. I asked why I had to answer the phone when I already had a reservation that was confirmed at least 3 weeks prior. There was no good answer. He said at that point there was nothing he could do. This is the only location of at least 20 that I have used over the past 2 years that requires you to answer the phone the day before you pick up the car. In addition to this, the vehicles you do get are often dirty, dented, and not well maintained. My advice - just go somewhere else and avoid the headache.
