  Management at this location was awesome. Can’t stand up on how much customer service really matters right now for businesses when a lot of them lack in this area.

  The employees were very nice and professional. They made it easy to obtain and return the rental. The car was clean and ran great. I had absolutely no issues with any part of the process.

  I’m from out of town, had to bring my car to the shop and everyone here was very kind. Angel got me my car and communication was great and he answered all my questions. Great experience!!!

  This almost ruined my trip. It doesn't matter if you have a reservation in advance or same day. They dont have a good inventory at all..was told most of the vehicles on the lot are broken down. Not sure why they are still on the lot. Checked in for my reservation. My reserved vehicle was almost given to someone who came in AFTER me because they didn't want the reservation they requested. I didnt catch his name but thin, fair skin man with a short cut seems to be the only person that works. And I mean WORKS. He managed the phones, checking people in, getting people out. But its disorganized and the reservations arent live (like what they actually have on the lot) so you get there and 2 hours later you are still waiting to be placed in a vehicle. They wanted to put me in something 3xs the amount of the vehicle I reserved. Same with another man who requested a car. Was forced into a truck. And that means he had to pay 2x as much. They need to get it together. I won't be back. I'd rather rent a uhaul and drive it. At least I'll get what I reserved.

  This location is dangerous! My Aunt had a reservation for a MIDSIZED vehicle. When she went to the dealership, The Associate, Johnathan gave her a Mitsubishi Mirage (Economy Size) She told him she would prefer the Nissan Rogue that she saw when she drove up. He told her it was already rented. She started the Mirage, didn't like how it sounded, and had decided not to take it. Johnathan then accused My Aunt of scratching the vehicle and driving the vehicle off the lot. He would not refund her reservation money. That's when she called me on the phone, and I heard him in the background saying that he had just refunded the money. The Mirage already had scratches, and it had a donut on the front driver's side tire! Another Associate named R.J. tried to help My Aunt and hurry up and clean a car that had just come in, but the business closed promptly at 6pm. If My Aunt did not have someone to call, or if she didn't know the questions to ask, she might have been bullied into renting an Economy Size Vehicle and been charged for a Midsized Vehicle all while driving on constrution heavy, Texas Highways with a donut on the front of the vehicle! SMH Don't send your Elders here. Avoid this location if you can.
