  Thanks to Joel & Charles I was able to get my death trap of a vehicle some breaks in time, before closing and slam duck we back on the road! Ask About them when you come! Right here off Stan shouters cross the street from the big Walmart in Killeen!

  Excellent experience at this location. Was greeted by Roe and she took great care of me and got me in and out within an hour for an oil change. I had made an appointment online and got a great price with an online coupon. Good location as well as was close to work. Also has few food options nearby and a Walmart across the street if have to kill some time while ya wait. Has a decent waiting room with complimentary coffee with a bottle fill style water fountain. Clean restrooms too. Overall was happy as usual with Brakes Plus.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service Every Time – Roe & Charles Are True Pros! I took my vehicle to Brakes Plus to get the AC compressor replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Roe and Charles got the diagnosis right, explained everything clearly before starting, and had my air blowing ice-cold in no time. What really sets this shop apart is their consistency. I’ve been coming here for continued maintenance and service, and every single time, Roe, Charles, and the rest of the team are professional, honest, and efficient. They don't try to upsell you on unnecessary work they just give you straight answers, fair pricing, and top-tier workmanship. Finding mechanics you can actually trust for major repairs and routine upkeep isn't easy, but Roe and Charles have earned my loyalty.   I had an outstanding experience at Brakes Plus Killeen, and a huge part of that was thanks to Joel. My car had been dealing with A/C issues and a rattling noise for months before the serpentine belt finally failed, leaving me stranded. After calling around I got connected with Joel and from the start he answered every question honestly, and was transparent about the repair costs, promising to come in under the estimate I received from Pep Boys, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was how much he went above and beyond. He arranged to have my car towed from Pep Boys, helped coordinate a Lyft home and back to the shop, walked me through their financing options, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Thanks to Joel and the team, my car is finally fixed after months of ongoing issues. Great customer service, great communication, and a genuinely positive experience. I highly recommend Brakes Plus in Killeen, and if you have the chance to work with Joel, you’re in great hands.

  So I went to get my son’s AC checked out with the free AC diagnostic and they went above and beyond to make sure I got everything done and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need Roe is amazing and the other guy in the front I can’t remember his name but he took care of me when I came back in there to finish out the job when Roe wasn’t there on her birthday but I would recommend in fact I’m going to take my mother’s car in there for her AC and I will come back with another review I will leave one for each experience.
