  They’re a great place they checked other things as they where doing my oil change and made me very aware of my situations that were wrong with my car and I appreciate them I will be back to finish the other things that are concerning.

  I came here for an AC check & as I was trying to park my car in reverse, my transmission failed, & the guy who was there told me that it was my transmission and that it needed to get changed out, & as I was trying to get a free AC check, I kept having my service refused because for some reason he was just confused, & the lady who was working along with him wasn’t helping at all, & they were trying to charge me $200 to fill up my ac with freon without even checking it, so I had to drive all the way to my dealership to get my whole vehicle checked out because my transmission randomly failed as I was attempting to back up in the brakes plus parking lot, & he also was being rude saying I wasted his time when all I wanted was a free ac check since that’s what brakes plus allowed & that’s what I had scheduled online.

  Referred a couple of my friends to this location and Charles worked his MAGIC!! From the front door service to getting their vehicles squared away— everything was a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back in the future to get my truck fixed up. Safe to say, his shop is the best in town! The embodiment of a “one stop shop” for all your car needs.

  BEWARE OF ENGINE DAMAGE! I went in the shop on June 15th for spark plug replacement and then got valve cover replaced. They failed to pull the spark plug out safely, broke the thread, and now new spark plug wont fit in, car is dead. Somehow the thread damage has become THOUSANDS of dollar in engine replacement which they completely refuse to take responsibility. They would blame the previous owner for putting the wrong spark plug in. While that could be true, spark plugs seize happen, but they would rather twist until damage instead of using penetrating oil to ease the removal. My car was running fine before they messed up the threads, rendered my car completely dead. They did not stop knowing they could damage the vehicle. And they never informed me beforehand that the spark plug replacement could escalate to THOUSANDS in repair, which of course they deny any responsibility and can’t even fix it themselves. I came to this location numerous times for break pads and rotors repair on the same vehicle. I trusted them to uphold their expertise, I guess until they break something, then all repair cost is pushed to the customers, so they can rush the next one out.

  I had an outstanding experience at Brakes Plus thanks to Manager Charles Korb. From the moment I walked in, Charles was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the entire staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. It’s hard to find a shop that combines honesty, quality workmanship, and great customer service, but Charles and his team delivered on all three. I highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.
