    Kevin over at E Rancier Ave, Killeen was incredibly nice and helpful. He took the time to help us with everything we needed and made sure we found the right parts. They had everything we were looking for, and Kevin’s customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the experience easy.     Daniel R. that works there is awesome!!! That man not only answered all my questions but actually came to the rescue. My cars battery died and I had no tools,money, or way of getting it changed or fixed. When I finally got the money together he showed up after his work shift and my work shift at 9pm and changed out the battery for me!!!!! Best person that works there and nicest man i have ever met.

    I have been to this location several times, and I have only had one person give me Great service. I believe his name was Chris, a gray shirt. I have seen other members of staff in red shirts on their phones while customers waited in line. I have seen a red shirt ( Tall with glasses) laying on a cart like he was at home in a recliner. I have also seen another gray shirt, lady sitting on carts on her phone while customers waited in line with no greeting to them or acknowledging them at all. I have seen Chris serve multiple guest with acknowledgment to the guest while others just sit on their phone with no help to him. I have also seen another young lady in a red shirt actually sitting on the floor while customers have entered the store needing help. I have been in the store while they have had some “bad” music playing while guest are in the store as well. The ONLY REASON WHY I RETURN TO THAT STORE IS FOR THE AMAZING HELP CHRIS HAS GIVEN ME AND CONTINUES TO GIVE ME EVERY TIME I COME IN!!
