  The crew there is friendly, fast and efficient. Had a battery problem and they quickly identified the problem and load tested it and then switched the battery out in 10-15 minutes.

  I had a wonderful experience at AutoZone when I came in to get a battery replaced for my son’s vehicle. Mario, the manager, and Tyree were both very kind, welcoming, and greeted me right away. They listened to what I needed and helped me immediately. Mario changed the battery for me, and the whole process was incredibly fast and easy. I truly appreciated how helpful, professional, and courteous they both were. They made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. Thank you, Mario and Tyree, for the excellent customer service! You both went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone location!

  Mr. Ty was AMAZING! He saved me replacing my car battery for me and had the most exceptional customer service i have ever experienced. I appreciate him and would definitely drive 2 hours just to ask for his help again. I definitely recommend him and this Autozone for any needs!

  Just went in for a "Maintenance Required" light being on in my vehicle. I don't know particularly who it was, a bigger man in maybe his early 30's, had tattoos coming down his arms from the shoulders, seemed to be a manager. The man that was running the front was very aggressive in his tone and gave absolutely zero respect towards me. He barely let me speak about the issue before cutting me off with an extremely "matter of fact" tone, telling me that whoever serviced my recent oil change did not do their due diligence in resetting the light (he was in fact right about this). The entire interaction lasted about a minute, as he eventually told me to "just look it up". I left the store and went to YouTube to fix my issue, and he was right. I went about my day with my problem solved. That said, his tone, the way he conducted himself, his absolute lack of mutual respect makes him absolutely unfit to be directly handling customers. I don't know why he had such a negative attitude with me. I won't assume this to be true, but it may be of note that I do have a very young appearance, and don't exactly dress "like an adult", but I still am a 23 year old man and the entire conversation felt like he was looking down on me as a dumb kid. It felt like he was offended by "another ignorant child with a license". I shouldn't even have to point this out, but without ignorance, no one would ever need the services. Do not look down on anyone for not knowing more when your entire service relies on the fact that you are meant to have a deeper knowledge on your field of service. Be kind. I sincerely hope regardless that this is a one off issue, that he was simply having a bad day. I'm very sorry if you whom I'm speaking of are having personal issues. I hope whatever situations you may be dealing with gets better, and I hope you will reflect on today. To anyone in higher positions, he needs to be talked to about how to let the customer speak, to listen, and to respond appropriately. I should not have been, for lack of better words, shooed away with a "fix it yourself" attitude. He knows what he's doing and I'm sure he has the qualifications to be there, but I personally would not be comfortable as a customer to be dealing with that man again if that is how I would be treated.
